Nice, I'm still dying to see that Ariza play everyone keeps talking about.

Great games for the Sweet! Its great that he played good, hopefully it will continue in the season. Who knows what really happened to Ariza but he still proved his value so Im ok with it. Barret had a strong finish on the last game and was ok. Hawkins also had a good series, even his field goal percentage was nice. DerMarr was ok. Chan and Tryvanski proved nothing. And it was nice to see the team win their last 4 after starting 0-2. Nice.

thats exactly why i dont want antoine walker--besides the fact that he holds the ball to long hangs out on the perimeter, has terrible shot selection and his athletic ability is almost gone! MS needs 40 minutes a night 40 minutes=17 points 12 rebounds 50% shooting

I still take Walker at SF over tiny tim gazy any day. He is a better rebounder, passer, and probably defender then the positionless wonder.
Start Sweetney at PF, Walker doesn not interfere there. However TT would have to be moved if we get Walker. One thing I never want to see is a forwad tandem of TT and Walker.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

I'm now very curious to see what Sweetney can do against NBA level competition. His confidence now has to be sky high.

However, we've seen some similar players dominant summer leagues before (Lonnie Baxter) and not produce during the season, so we shall see. Everyone has to be happy with his domination.

Ariza started off hot, had some off games then got hurt, so we're still not so sure what we have in him... so far so good, maybe we'll have the 2nd coming of Shawn Marion.

DerMarr... sheesh... you've been around so long, you've got the athleticism, the handle, a nice outside touch... but still you're unable to dominate during summer leagues. Watch some tape of T-Mac, cuz that could be you, buddy!

Andre... right now we're too stocked at PG for him to have a realistic shot at making the team.

Well, as for Sweetney, at least we know he can play effectively against NBA competition as he did in the last part of last season. I really think he can have very good numbers against NBA competition, but we still have to be patient with him because he is still young.

Andre could find a spot for him if the Knicks make the Crawford trade. He did a nice job.
