Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

He's OK... Remember Wilson Chandler? Good player. You want to pay $15mm for him?

Tobias is at 17ppg 6rpg at 22yr old. I saw a stat that only nine guys in the past twenty some odd years had put up those numbers by age 22.

I like Tobias, but I question his fit with Melo. And the Triangle.

don't look at the age, look at the number of years in the league (4).

I am sure that MANY MANY more than 9 guys put up those numbers by year 4.

yeah but at 22 dude got plenty of room to grow, whereas someone who comes into league at 22 and after 4 years is a 17/6 guy, it's not as impressive.

Maybe but those guys were in or approaching their physical prime. I'd gamble on Tobias any day but that's just me.

I know you like him and I really do trust your opinion. I have not seen him much but the WS scares me. Would you pay him 13-15 million?

maybe but do you think that players that come in younger have longer careers? Or is it mostly based on mileage?

And btw, Bargs was at 17/6 in year 4

Why look only at years in league and not also at age?
We can agree that he most likely will have better numbers in year 7 at age 25 than year 4 at age 22, right? The only debate is how much better.

Yes, I would based on the percentage of his salary towards the cap going forward and because I see improvement in his game.. I also think he would be a good fit going forward. I mean what's the down side?
