I read that Minny and Rubio are not too happy with one another; and Minnyay be looking to trade him for the right offer. Why not put a package of Calderon and trade exception/+4th pick to Minny for the 1st over all, Rubio, and a second round?
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

Rubio>Calderon
1>4

The trade exemption that life changing for Minny?

Then lets look at Rubio as Triangle member. While the kid has good height and great passing instincts the fact is his shot is not that good. If it were, Minny would be happy. if Minny was happy, Rubio would be happy.
Knicks1969, I don't see where Minny benefits? Perhaps you see Rubio as a "dump"?

Rubio currently has a very bad contract he signed last season and Minny not only needs to make rooms to re-sign Levine and Wiggins, they will still have an opportunity to replace Rubio with a cheaper, and more athletically gifted player like Russell or Mudiay.

I don't give a poop about Rubio, I just want an opportunity to draft Towns since our coaching staff was to inept to lose the last two games.

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

when the cap blows up, won't they have room then? They still have a few years.

I agree. I am just saying, it is an option that the Knicks should pursue. I am not saying it will go through, but it won't hurt to try. You never know, we might be successful

Rubio's $12 million per is chump change come 2016. Chances are that it'd be slightly higher than the new MLE. The lesson to be learned here is that making trades isn't about what you want....it's about what all parties involved want. And there is nothing in your deal that the Wolves would want.

I think we'd have to include at least 4 unprotected 1st round picks.

As you can see, I never proposed any trade that ends up raping us

Great idea, but I'd also insist they throw in Wiggins and their 2016 pick in exchange for Tim Jr.

Put me down for this one.

EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?

Would you trade the 4th pick for Wiggins and a future 1st. I think Winslow is going to be better then Wiggins but a future 1st pick would be nice.

This is what I would give up for Towns

Carmelo Anthony
The 4 pick
and the 2018 pick unrestricted.

RIP Crushalot😞
