It's funny because even if we won every single one of those two possession games we'd still be under .500

63 wins?!? You know who has 63 wins? The Golden State Warriors. So Fish feels that in just a few months time, with some unknown roster we will be playing like the Golden State Warriors are playing right now. Is that not crazy? Reason for dismissal?

Look, Rex Ryan would say every year that the Jets were going to win the Super Bowl. But we all saw that as tongue in cheek, fun bravado. Fisher sure is no Rex Ryan personality. What Fisher said with that 63 wins is just flat out stupid and very troubling.

I'm actually a skeptical cynic by nature, and have disagreed with your optimism numerous times, but I have to agree with you here.

I have no issue with Fisher talking this way as coach of the team, and actually expect him to say these things in public.

Will he sound like this when he talking with Jackson at the end of the season without reporters waiting for a nice sound bite... of course not.

Do any of you guys really expect him to come across differently when speaking to reporters?! I don't take what he is saying seriously, but this is pretty common stuff for coaches to say.

And honestly, I'd be very happy if our team won 36 games next year.

I have a feeling Fisher will wish he could win 36 games next year, because Melo, Draft Pick, Calderon and a few marginal role players signed in FA isn't going to win 63 games, might not win 36 and could very will win 26.
