"If it takes me taking a pay cut, I’ll be the first one on Mr. Dolan’s steps saying take my money and let’s build something strong over here.’” This is what Phil Jax is responding to in his conference on Wednesday. He is not dissing Melo, he is responding to Melo's public statement he made during the all star break in February. |

Phil is doing what he's always done, which is use the media to get at his players. It's old school and it works. If a player can't take it then you don't want that player on your team. He's always probing and pushing his players to force them to expand their game and their mind. He's one of the best to ever do it but he's not the only one. Most don't do it anymore, but it's part of Phil's tool box. In the end it's a very strong indication of who's running this ship. In the past it was really Melo, but Phil had to take it back and this was his means of doing that. Just incase Melo or anyone else hadn't gotten the memo. Get used to it. |

Stars win rings...Lets see Phil pull this off with Zen mind tricks... |

When you don't respond to the obvious its "Evasive". HIs sarcastic and honest approach is cool in my book. Better than Larry having to do it on the side of the road. Pippen left the game like a spoiled biytch. It was all to see. |
