Good riddance you big goofy injury prone, no shot, cry baby, duche bag, taller Derrick Colman with no shot, let him sit the bench for the rest of the season... Better yet stay home your poison to this team... Make way for jt4

Honestly speaking Chandler mailed it in a long time ago. He wants no part of Mike Woodson and his system. This should be a nice mutual parting that should yield picks during draft day.

I said this before, and I'll say it again. He was the best trade bait we had. Plenty of playoff teams would love to have Chandler. But like everybody else, his stock is slowly dipping into bench material / backup center. Before, he was regarded as a nice starting Big to have in the middle. He's been exposed, along with majority of the Knicks roster.

Good riddens, his effort this season has been woeful- hope we get some picks for him! Which contenders would be interested in him in the offseason? OKC? Spurs? Clips?

There are to many centers in the league who are better. Nobody gonna want broke down Chandler. OKC voided the trade with NO years ago, why would they want him now

Ha- because their starting centre is Perkins! He's not broken down, think it's more he quit on the coach and we don't even bother trying to get him involved on offense (which seems to have motivated him in the past)

really better hope we make something of him in the offseason. I agree 100%. We could def have gotten at least a couple crappy #1s from a team like OKC. Picks we need to use in trades for Josh Smith and Steve Nash

Tyler came in last night in the 2nd half, made a positive impact on the boards, then when he got yanked, we promptly proceeded to collapse.

Thats Woody to a fault. He's a veteran players coach....which hurts when your young guns are better than your vets.

I woulda been content trading Chandler at the deadline for Perkins (who is expiring I believe) and maybe a second round pick or OKC's late 1st rounder if they'd do it. OKC will have space this off-season and can get the same contribution at half the cost. I can't see them taking Chandler now.

The combination of his poor, lackluster play and throwing teammates and the coach under the bus have made it necessary to move this guy asap. The fact that he is talking like he isn't a major part of the problem is ridiculous.
Chandler said. “I got a lot more pride than this, coming in night in, night out losing, and not putting forth the type of effort it takes to win. At this stage of my career and what I’ve established, I refuse to let it put a blemish on it.’’

Imagine being 3 for 9 on dunk attempts when you are 7'1" a day after you were called out for poor play on national tv for the second time in a week and then coming out and saying he has a major decision to make this offseason and he doesn't want to put a blemish on 'his' career. What a freakin tool.

Woody was either told to play the guys who make the most money , or he doesn't want the guys who makes the most money to turn on him about a lack of playing time.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Tyson turned on him last spring. If you believe Isola he talks with Steve Mills everyday. He certainly is quick to throw the coach under the bus every chance he gets no matter how ridiculously bad he plays.

NYK should work over summer peddaling Tyson Chandler's lean loser ASS Outta here !

& over to Phoenix Suns whom crave size(height) and still enamored with guys like Chandler (tall, thin) as Center

Was a Tyson fan & off court I like him but DONT Need no knicks whom dont want to be here
especially those part of the problems!

NY would need to take back some $contracts ? expiring
and pry 1 draft pick (future) from Suns.

No one these days going give much value or 2nd tier player for Chandler
I'm interested in picks & $contract chips

Woodsons system sucks but he does allow Chandler to play more minutes than he would on ANY OTHER NBA TEAM in the entire league

Chandler is older, slower, not as athletic, and he has been exposed with the Knicks
This is why we shouldn't depend on 30+ year olds who are not freaks of nature or is very skilled in many areas

I said this way before the trade deadline, if we continue to lose, we have way more to lose than gain, and that effects the next 5 years of the franchise
With all those rumored trades, I am surprised we had to even think about executing one of them

Dolan believes in Woodson like he believed in Isiah, "We can still win the Atlantic", now down to "We can make the playoffs"
