![]() I just don't get this signing at all. It's in line with Dhantay Jones -- Jones and S. Brown are nice players but they're vets. What is the point in bringing in another vet into this situation at this stage? If we had something to play for, great, the more the merrier. What is this team primed to win at this point? Nothing...Come on man, this ain't last year. This front office is in complete denial -- different team, esp. now, and the goals need to change accordingly...At least Jimmer can handle and facilitate somewhat. I mean Felton gets locked up, Beno's out -- don't we need help at the point? Fredette would've been a better choice...Brown's a straight up 2G (and an undersized one at that). Where's he playing? Again, don't get me wrong--I like Brown, he can play, but he's a bad fit here. Not even like they'd have to go small with Brown at the 2 and Hardaway at the 3 -- they just brought in Earl Clark. Much rather see a Chandler/Melo/Clark frontcourt over more '2G out of position at the 3' stuff (THJ, JR?) in order to get Brown any significant time. How do you make 2 moves to reinforce the team and then still have guys playing out of position? Who does that?? And then you mean to tell me Shannon Brown gets time at the 2 over Timmy, our one bright spot? Bad fit, sorry. Jeez, typical Knicks, man. LOL. What's the thought process behind this signing??

![]() Hoping that because both guys are on ten day deals the Knicks drop brown if fredette becomes available. It certainly sounds like his family would like him back home. Also, bobby brown is in china for 12 more days. Maybe the Knicks are using Shannon to hold down the fort while shump is out and b brown becomes available.
I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18

I agree, with your same theory we probably should have moved any possible players in Melo Chandler and/or AB while unloading Felton or pulling a major starphuq with Philly for 2014 2nd pick for 2015 expirings, throw in/expirings, in AB/Chandler, possibly with OKC in a team trade 1st rounders 2nd rounders with the rest of our possible draft picks We chose to continue to chase the nearly impossible instead though, for a chance at the 7th/8th seed |

I wonder what line of crap they're telling him....LMAO, we're such a hot mess I can't take it anymore.. |

![]() knicks are 21-36.
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

with Melo/STAT/Chandler, this forces to camp outside the 3pt line and chuck shot after shot, without the ability to post up and/penetrate off the dribble, and his inability to defend SF's, especially SF's that can shoot and beat him off the dribble The BIG 3 is just not a good fit, we have tried many times with little success...
If Clark does well and we can sign him to a 2 year deal, getting his early bird rights in 2015, we can still trade Iman for Perry Jones and their late 1st rounder to draft either a PG or C I agree with Briggs that these are 2 players that we should keep a close eye on, looking to acquire both if possible, and DEVELOP THEM *FIRING or DEMOTING WOODSON IS NEEDED FOR THIS TO HAPPEN effectively* or Jordan Bachynski While we still would have the 3m MLE to use on maybe a PG or maybe Trevor Ariza PG's include at 3m MLE Sessions Vet Min Patty Mills Ridnour (not sure if he is done)
2014 minor Trades Possibly trading for Pierre Jackson with 3m cash I think WHEN THE DRAFT IS OVER, we can spend another 3m in cash, to purchase the rights of another player
Continue the development of Earl Clark, add James Johnson, maybe Ebanks, and some of the above players, in addition to hiring a competent development coach to also further the development of Jeremy Tyler, putting him in a work out program to lose weight/gain mobility/athleticism at PF/C, he has to come in at much better shape, we do have Tyler's bird rights afterall |

![]() PG's include at 3m MLE
========================== Sessions Collison Bayless Vasquez (RFA) Mo Williams Brian Roberts (RFA) Vet Min i vote for vasquez or patty mills. im all about getting younger cheap-under-the-radar talent. ive always liked perry jones. I like both clark (hope he stays) and shannon brown Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better
