You need to CHILL. I'll remind you that Hibbert was shut down by Tyson most of the time they met when Tyson was fresh and healthy. I think Tyson has been OVERUSED in NY. The minutes and lack of backup isn't good for Tyson. It's similar to the overuse of STAT too. In fact really this has been an issue with players in NY for a long time. You can go back to H2O being played too much too. For some reason these players get these big contracts in NY and then the try to make them earn it to the detriment of the players. What we need is to have legit backups for our starters and for our coaches to use them. I think we should see lower minutes this year for all of our players.

32 minutes is to much? He is 30. I have no problem cutting him back some. Honestly I think if Amare stays healthy " Fat Chance " finding minutes may be difficult for the front court players

In Dallas Tyson avg's just about 28 mpg but also they had some support with him and Tyson wasn't used in the same way we use him in NY. We have Tyson play a much more active role defensively and offensively. He clearly has needed more breaks and we've rode him hard. Tyson's minutes should be DECREASING as he gets older not INCREASING as they have here in NY. The same was true for STAT. MDA burned him out and Woody wasn't exactly paying attention either. Woody needed to be even more careful with STAT. Not that there's any guarantee that would save STAT's knees, but it couldn't hurt. Now I think Woody and the Knicks realize that we have to have good depth and fresh legs. The NBA is "no country for old men".
