Terrible article. As if a player could play like he did the last month of the season, while snorting $1,500 worth of coke every 2-3 days- and the poor man has to go all the way to Harlem to get it!

And as further 'proof' Rhianna's camp said he was slow a slurring his words- that's not what coke does...

True or not, JR's clubbing and partying during the most important part of the season opened him up to this kind of thing. Not sure I've seen many players who seem to go out of their way to sabotage themselves as he does.

yea i say the same thing all time, and he just seems like he will party hard forever like a rock star,

imagine if he led us to the ECF averaging 20 points per game next to melo, dropping mad buckets?

that's what he could've done, but he cashed in too early, only a little while longer with his head in the game would have been the big payout.

Whatever the reason, fragile players, fragile outcomes. Hopefully, however this turns out, JR is not our #2 scorer next year. #3 or #4, fine. #2 and we have the same fate.

yea, at this point if it turns out with jr smith being alive then we are in good situation,

i studied the evidence further,

look at rhianna: she is skinny, she was never extremely thick but she had a healthy softness to her, now look at how tense she looks,

and then the flipping out on twitter, these are the ups and downs for drug use,

jr in the clubs for sure, looking extremely sloppy in the pic and we know his game is way off for the playoffs, so you just observer these things and, while you can never put your finger and say "look he was coked", you can say that it would make everything make sense and it is the simplest possible solution, which is usually the correct solution,

Unless Amare can be which is unlikely since he cant stay healthy, or Shumpert can get a better jump shot he will be. No outside help is walking through that door
