Come back 15 pounds heavier and stronger as in 245 to 260

Go spend 100k to work with Hakeem 2 develop just 1 simple post move you can use in games

I saw you hit 2 14 footers that looked good. Youre a good FT shooter--become a guy who can pick and pop simple jumpshots.

You get paid a lot of cash--make it your responsibility to improve Amare and carmelo improve their game--you simply come in shape--not good enough. Expand your non exsistant offensive game and get stronger

I know I'm a muc bigger Tyson fan that you Briggs but I agree with you, specifically regarding developing some offense

1. Tyson don't read this.

2. I thought he got back from olympics and decided to take the Hakeem course online instead.

Didn't Hakeem come up to NY for training camp to work with the entire front court? Not to say it would have been as productive as 2 weeks of 1 on 1 time at the Dream camp.

He doesn't even have a phucking hook shoot after 12 years in the league...SMH

Amare flashed the hook shot many times this season when health permitted. Melo showed "The Dirk" fallaway a few times this season. Shumpert was nearly our most efficient 3 pt shooter this season. Felton added a "teardrop" I didn't see in his last stint with the Knicks.

If Tyson doesn't add at least a jump hook, we might not escape the first round in a tougher Eastern conference next season.

As$hole...

Working on offensive moves would be great. Don't really care if he adds the muscle. It's very hard to add that much muscle in just a few months without adding a lot of fat too

Report: Chandler to skip Hakeem camp

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By ESPNNewYork.com

The "Dream Shake" is going to have to wait.

Knicks center Tyson Chandler told reporters in London that he will not attend Hakeem Olajuwon's big man camp this summer.

Amare Stoudemire is currently training with Olajuwon in Houston, and there was speculation that Chandler would join him after the Olympics.

But Chandler told the New York Post that he wouldn't be attending due to "logistical issues."

Chandler has also dealt with injury issues this summer. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year dislocated a finger on his right hand while working out before the Olympics.

He left Team USA's win over Tunisia midway through the fourth quarter after apparently aggravating the injury.

In his Olympic diary for ESPNNewYork.com, Chandler said that he would be "fine."

"For those of you who are worried about my left-hand injury from the Tunisia game, it's feeling better," Chandler said in his Aug. 2 entry. "I dislocated my finger right before Team USA training camp in Las Vegas, and it swelled up on me. I was trying to get in shape and I was playing pickup, and I dislocated it. It is what it is, but I'll be fine."

Not true

and forget steroids or hgh or whatever

eat triple intake on daily protein--mainly leak fish and chicken I mean like eating 6 big plates a day train with heavier weights low reps with some higher rep intervals and a guy like Tyson could put on 20 pounds of muscle in 5 months while keeping his body fat in a solid range where it is now.

My apologies. I thought him and Amare got lessons.

Amare did, for 2 weeks, in Houston with Olajuwon.

Chandler did not, because he went to Africa instead on some "Peace" mission for UNICEF. This was after Team USA won Gold, so no conflicts there. His explanation was he wanted to be "still" for training camp from all his Olympic obligations.

Makes sense. Fly a few thousand miles to Tanzania is sure being "still"

In super duper hindsight, maybe we should've saved our amnesty on Billups, so we could've had flexibility on potentially amnestying Amare, or make a run on CP3 this season.

Oh well...such is life as a Knicks fan. Always, what if's...

We should have saved it to amnesty Chandler!!!!!

Just kidding,

Really, in his two seasons here he is at least living up to his contract and being mostly healthy. He was never an offensive player and he is giving us what we signed him to do.

its always painful to end the season against a "Lessor" team. reality is they were the 2 seed most of the season and if not for a late season push by us we don't get to the 2 spot. For most of the season, they were the better team.

Tyson's lost a large chunk of my support this postseason, but are you really trying to use UNICEF work in Tanzania as ammo against him? There are bigger things than basketball, and the man had just spent the summer working out with the best in the business, and won Olympic gold. Perfectly acceptable to take some time to relax and let his body recover after the Olympics IMO.

That said, this postseason must have left Tyson with a bad taste in his mouth. Completely invisible. If he does not come back with an improved facet to his game in some shape or form, I'm on the "trade him while he has value" bus.

Unless he has a ton of fast twitch muscle fibers and has never worked out before

No way. This man has a huge frame. Just from looking at him--I highly highly doubt he has gone through intensive long term heavy weight low rep workouts consistently while executing a diet with huge amounts of lean protein intake He needs 2 work hard at his body and his offensive game--stop believing he is an all star or an all world C he is nOT never has been

He got his ass handed to him. He looked like **** in the Boston series and was a non factor in the Miami series last year. Look at his playoff (6.7pts 8.1rbs 1.1blks). He is a zero in the playoffs. If you can't develop one move in 12 years you're not going to during the summer. This ship has sailed.
