Do we have our pick? If so, we need to play Lotto.

Knicks with Melo and scrubs is good enough to make the playoffs in the East.

Knicks got to the 2nd round with scrubs so Knicks will likely retool on the fly around Melo.

Grunwald just has to do a better job trying to fill out the rest of the roster and not try the AARP route again. That experiment failed. It killed us that KT, Camby and Sheed couldn't play. If we had those guys I believe we win this series even with all the other issues. We needed bigs. Can't depend on Amar'e so if every other big we added can't go, then that puts too much pressure on Tyson, who may be breaking down from the workload.

Grunwald simply has to get healthy bodies in here. There have to be some bigs out there that could give this team minutes for a full season.

Knicks aren't screwed. They traded 1 first round pick in the melo trade. I don't think the nuggets steal a great pick in a swap in 2015. Knicks have their deepest run in the playoffs in 13 years and are supposed to tank the next year?

The problem is...other teams will be better next yr....including teams like the Wizards and those with cap space.....

Melo's been getting to the playoffs every yr of his career. I'm sure Denver thought they would be better each yr and advance further than the previous yr when he was there.

Cope and prigs were tremendous signings for nothing. A starter and a rotation player for rookie free agent mini deals. Camby averaged 7 and 9 last year in limited minutes. That dal looks bad but at the time it seemed good. Guys were calling Kidd the real MVP well into January. Grunwald has proven himself to be a very cerebral gm. I think he will do a great job again. Can't wait to see what he does with a first round pick.

It was a noble attempt to put a vet team out there, but perhaps he could've added a few younger players rather than go all AARP like he did. The 82 game season is such a grind. by the time you get the playoffs you need strong legs and if Woody isn't going to save those guys for the postseason they aren't gonna last. A few more younger guys may have allowed Woody to save his vets more.

Conveniently the Denver Nugget's future is as bright as the sun. No teams in the West will improve.

You going to get yourself banned again dude.

Not at all. George Karl is the Woodson of the West. Good to Great regular season coach. Lays an egg in the post-season.

Plus they have all young players. They just need a star.

Let's drop the tanking stuff. It's not happening.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
