shaq thinks this is going 7. Series 3-1, thats a bold call.

Good video and analysis of JR and the problem.

Win 3 in a row? Always possible and improbable after the last 2 games we really have not had much to look at. Team is really laboring. If they games were buzzer beaters or had some bad rolls around the rim I'd feel better. Right now we just getting beat by a team that is playing better. Forget stars, forget on paper, its just whats on the court.

I guess if the NBA wants 7, the refs might make it happen. Ha!

Seriously, Knicks looked dead last night. Anybody that still really believe in them knows the definition of faith.

While I'd love for that to happen, I'm as down as I've been on this team.

Be honest now if Copeland and Novak played in the 1st half and 2nd half of the game and Prigs took Jason Kidds minutes wouldn't we have put some fear in the Pacers ?

No, teams don't come back from 3-1. Especially teams that have played like **** in every game since winning Game 3 in Boston.

I want to believe but I don't.

It would be one thing if the games were close and the Knicks were playing well. We really haven't been competitive in the losses so this is clearly about more than adjustments.

Maybe the rationale that the Knicks have been so bad that they have to get better can be used, JR will get out of his slump and we will get some offense out of Stat.

Reality is Melo can't do it all and his shoulder is clearly injured. Shump is having knee problems and his shooting has been erratic. Stat is a long way from being a decent role player. Tyson is either injured or on the decline. JR is in a deep depression and you can see it on his face, maybe he caught what Kidd has in terms of shooting. The list goes on.

If they do win I will support but I don't see them taking this to 7 and I am concerned this team is too flawed to go further. Hopefully they can prove me wrong.

We're they getting blown out in their losses or were the games close?

Probably not. Teams that generally have gone on to win multiple games in a row in route to a playoff series win were led by transcendent players like MJ or Olajuwon. Even if Melo were that type of player, his shoulder is jacked up.

The Pacers look like the better team. Paul George, Roy Hibbert, & George Hill have been the best players on the court. I guess the Pacers could go into some prolonged shooting funk for multiple games in a row ala Game 2. But that's the only way I see the Knicks getting back into this series.

It is possible but I don't see it happening without JR playing substantially better.

If the knicks played well and the Pacers played well the Knicks could win this series because 3pt shots and defense will defeat a team who plays defense but doesn't knock down 3's consistently but settle for two pt traditional shots.

We haven't played well so the Pacers didn't really beat us, we beat ourselves because of poor rotations and shot selection , that leads to losing the reb battle.

Some of you are afraid to be hurt by the team again so you vote and speak down against the team, others just want them to lose because you dislike the personnel and then there are others are optimistic and believe the Knicks haven't played their best games yet.

I think they will but I hate your options. Why not just say "yes", "no" or "not sure?"

I think many of us would have been a lot more optimistic had the team stolen one of the games in Indy.

This is not exactly the 2004 Red Sox we're watching. A stacked team that underachieved for 3 games. Knicks are who we thought they were: a jump shooting team with some aging vets that revolves around a streak-shooting star. They play good defense when motivated. But they don't rebound and they have a hard time executing an offensive game play against tough defenses. Would love to see them come back but I just don't think it's in the cards.

You left out one thing, If our coach would (gamble a lil bit) TO WIN and not to lose.

Woodson is from Indiana, he played at Univ of Indiana, pride might be his greatest adversary in this series.
