Play Kidd less, play Copeland more use Camby if Chandler doesn't have any energy playing against Hibbert.

Felton has to get this team to run more , but we need rebounds to do that, that's where Camby and Martin come in, put Melo back at the 3 and lets run Camby and Chandler at Hibbert and let Martin and melo go up against West.

Motion offense with high pick and roll with Melo and tell Shump and Jr to slash in from the perimeter and receive a pass from Melo. Play team defense but never switch when a 3pt shooter is left open.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

JR, Chandler, and Kidd less. Prigs, Shump, and Cope more with a sprig of Camby. I like what Martin does but he is really to short for Hibbert.

I agree about Camby. I don't know if his plantar fascia is so bad that he just can't play. It doesn't seem to be the case as white was deactivated to make room for amare.

Speaking of Camby, I'm hearing he's still hurt with that plantar. Don't get your hopes up there ... #Knicks

Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

If Camby could give the Knicks one all heart/character game like Kurt did to turn this series around it would be awesome. Plantar shmantar play some d.

The Knicks have been pretty good defensively despite the poor rebounding. Problem to me is that we've STUNK offensively for much of all these playoff games. The 1st thing a guard does when the come down court is look at the coach and get the play. So why is it that so often this team has come down and looked like they didn't know what they wanted to do. To make it even worse they're doing it SLOWLY.

How about we stop doing the things that caused us to lose games anymore? The walking the ball up. The Melo bringing the ball up and then everyone just standing around and watching. It would be one thing if we didn't know what works but we all know what makes this team go and it's not hard. Ball and Player movement!!!

Kidd needs to be limited in his minutes. Play Cope and Novak and run some damn plays for them. Don't just have them stand around hoping to get a shot!!!

The core needs to man and play.

Your starting center and power forward cannot have 5 rebounds a piece.

They get easy buckets....We get hard buckets.

Overall, our defense might be ok. But the key is minimizing Hibbert.

When you put somebody on him thats his height, he becomes less effective.

Even Amari did ok on him, but you need a few 7 fter's to reduce his offensive bounds.

I would rotate Chander, Camby and Barron on Hibbert.

Small ball doesn't work against this team because they don't have to double, and they have a legit rim protector.

Time for Woody to earn his money.

Need to have Novak and Cope in the game more to help spread the floor and try to out score them. Our defense is not good enough to win games. We need to make shots. Thats the makeup of this team.

When JR is hot, he energizes the entire team....When JR is off, he deflates the entire team.

We will go as far as Melo and JR takes us, under Woody's watch.

He's a players coach, and he will stay with his same offensive strategy. Hoping JR comes out of his slump.

Obviously when we lose a game, the game plan isn't being implemented, I heard Chandler say it and I also heard Woody say it.

The questions is why not and who's responsible for it to be carried out on the court ?

Woody can't suit up and play.

Tyson's complaining about lack of team rebounding, guys not crashing the boards ... but shumpert had double the boards tyson did, and felton had only two less than Tyson. Amare had two in 8 min, while Tyson grabbed a whopping 5 in 30 ... the guy is so soft. what happened? that play where he wouldn't just grab the damn ball and let Hansborough throw it off of him says it all... i'm sick of looking at his whiny face everytime he gets schooled.

Yeah, Shumpert and Kidd are our best rebounders now, which is not a good sign.

I said this in the adjustments for game 2 thread....Why play a small lineup and not push the tempo? They are getting away with West guarding Shump. There is no way West can keep up or even find Shump on the cross-match if we push the ball on a secondary break. With that said, in order to push consistently, we need the rebound the *&^^%$ ball! In 7 games that we've played the Pacers they are +49 on the baords.....Rebounding is what did us in last night....

Maybe it's because the guys they defend don't box them out.

Whats happening is Tyson is being tied up with Hibbert and Melo is tied up with a bigger West allowing the guards, Shump and Kidd to crash and clean up...it also allows the Pacers longer wings and guards to crash which is why George had 8 and Stephenson had 7 rbs collectively. And at some point, our center just has to man-up and keep their center off the boards. Hibbert had 5 big offensive rebounds last night....Both teams shot a dismal 35% from the field but the Pacers put up 9 more shots mainly due to second chance points....

Tyson said the game plan was when Hibbert put the ball on the floor he would get doubled.

We didn’t follow the game plan on Hibbert,” Chandler said. “He got some easy tip-backs. He made some good moves down low. We were supposed to trap him when he got the ball but we didn’t do that.”

Stop the madness

Coach Mike Woodson must the ball in the hoop for his players.

Shooting 35 per cent will not beat anyone.

Woodson needs to go conventional. Start Barron with Chandler, move Melo to SF and move Shumpert to SG.
