(absolutely, this deserves its own thread)

That witch should thank her crooked stars it was not Rasheed Wallace

Check out the Miami Heat security guard, standing there like a zombie

As my friend Seth Edelstein commented, "the most absurd part of her daughters statement "she was just having fun"? ummmm thats alot of anger in moms face...likely combined with a few drinks. NBA needs to check out the security in all arenas, cant let fans get that close".

What would Anthony Mason's response be? Latrell Sprewell? Derek Harper or John Starks?

Fake fans that attend Heat games are not into basketball. if we meet in the next round, they are certain to be drowned out by hordes of Knicks fans, in their own fake arena.

Nah, it's just good clean fun.

IronWillGiroud - what would you think of a male tennis fan putting the same gesture in the face of Maria Sharipova?

yeah, its one thing to heckle, that's part of the game but, when you start invading their personal space like that, things can get ugly real fast. They need to maybe make those tunnels a little wider to give more distance between the fans and players.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

i think when you put yourself out there as a pro athlete, it's fair to be subject to abuse by the fans, i don't see why it would get to a healthy athlete

the issue is proximity and considering how INSANE some fans can be, especially after they have had a few drinks.....the potential for a very ugly incident can't be denied.

think of how easily that could have gone from a f-you finger in the face to being mushed or worse because, he was within her reach.

yea, they are close,

if it got ugly, it's on the player 100%,

it was a rude gesture but at the end of the day it's not any different from all the other abuse and heckling pro ballers receive from opposing fans,

that's why the player is a pro, as a pro you are in a different world than the fan,

if she touched him, this is a different story, but no contact, i say fair game

Love me WWOAKD thread:

1. Oak would slap that bytch down, grab her wrist, twist it while verbally scream at her into submission, then take out to the wood shed, tie her up and "murder" her women parts. Now now, calm down, she would enjoy it totally, just a little rough but harmless consenting play, then he'd clean her up and take her for a fine dinner. Problem is she might repeat this over and over with total satisfaction. Oak knows how to treat the women.

2. Mase would stare her down, shower, then stalk her as she goes to her car. He'd have 3 nakked women in the limo and she'd be the 4th. She would need therapy for the rest of her life after a nite with Mase.

3. Ewing would take her to dinner, and she'd pay. Pat we known to be tight with the dollar!

4. Starks would offer her a pearl necklace, but miss.

5. Charlie Ward would pray for her. She'd still give him the finger while he did it.

6. Kendra Davis, wife of Antonio: "Oh no you did'ent!!!" Someone would need stitches and its not Kendra!

7. Spree would put her in the trunk and never to be seen again. Milwaukee's finest.

8. Dudley would convert her to a brunette and a republican.

9. X-Man- Party all nite in south beach with her and her daughter.

10. Riles. Why do you think she has such good tickets to begin with?

Really, what if she had a knife in her hand?

what if, what if,

she didn't, and she didn't make contact with the player,

fair game.

Well, that explains it

zidanne - That security guard is pretty cat like in his reaction time.

The woman has since been identified as Filomena "Phyllis" Tobias, the widow (after one year of marriage) of hedge-fund millionaire and CNBC personality Seth Tobias, whose sudden death was covered in-depth by Stephen Rodrick for New York Magazine in 2008. Tobias's brothers, in a fight for his $25 million estate, accused Filomena of having "lured her husband to his death by drugging him and enticing him with sex with a male prostitute," but she was ultimately cleared. (There were also an Internet psychic and Ambien involved.)

"I have to say," (her daughter) added, "she still looks really hot."

Ambien and a male prostitute is no way for a man to leave this earth!

If this was Charles Oakley, he'd take her for a nice dinner to Clyde's Wine and Dine then give her a complimentary car wash at one of his fine establishments:

As told by Charles Oakley to The Answer Man: (while watching the playoffs at a birthday party two years ago)

tj23 - Or if we get hammered inside like game 1?
