"Professionalism"

Its what you do to prepare.

Ask yourself:

"Are my actions today condusive to my goals for tomorrow?"

JR I believe needs to consider the ramifications of what he does to self sabatage his professional life with the decisions he makes on and off the court. JR needs to tap into his self esteem issue.

He is super talented and not a bad guy but his reputation and actions are costing him tens of millions of dollars in his 10 years in the league!

ANd more will be wasted in the future!

Im not saying it's not a problem, but the kid is 26 living in NY as a rich bachelor.. I saw derek jeter in plenty of clubs during the playoffs in his earlier years.

JR is on a little high right now, from his last 6 wks of the season, and winning the 6th man award. He came out yesterday to that standing O and played so full of himself....He look like MARK SANCHEZ, talent and zero focus.

Lebron and Jordan when they receive awards go out and self sabotage the positive do they? Jordan played golf and gambled to feed his sickness. Lebron is so talented he can still perform. MVPs and max deals all add up.

Jr has none of that.

not everyone is built like that. I can stay up till the crack of dawn, come into work the next morning a 6am and still perform at a high level. I have co-workers who have parties with me and been incapable of even coming in, much less performing well. EVERYONE IS BUILT somewhat differently. Its called FORTITUDE.

I can do that if I HAD to, but it's something I would want to avoid at all costs...

when I was younger, maybe 18 or 19 or 20, I could party til 4 aM and then put in a full day of physical labor, but those days are long gone,

if I don't get 7 or 8 hours of sleep, forget it, you don't want to talk to me the next day, I will crush everyone's face

I don't handle it nearly as well as when I was in my 20's and early 30's but, I can still pull off an all nighter as long as I have a couple of days between to catch up on my sleep.
