have some internal issues that we the avg fan aren't privy to.

The best person to ask what's really going on is Ronnie Brewer, he was there and saw it all and have no more allegiances to the Knicks team.

I would give my opinion that one of the 3 may be the issue.

#1 The team secretly doesn't like playing with Melo but respects his game , but they put up with it because it's their job.

#2 Certain players have some substance problems(alcohol etc...) and the rest of the team knows it and it discourages them as a whole that they don't perform.

#3 They don't respect their coach and refuse to put out on a regular basis.

Now if 1 or 2 is true, Woodson is in a bad place and really can't talk about it publicly.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

#4 They are old and missing Amare. Therefore, they have a hard time scoring consistently without shooting and making alot of 3's.

Guys aren't stupid. Knicks are going nowhere without Amare. Plus Melo looked gimpy.

#5 knicks oldest team in history. 6 players over the age of 35.

#6 Melo is a superstar but not that kind of superstar.

First place is a good thing but are we just backing in? Just does not feel like a team with momentum and has not for a while.

Problem is not Melo. We are are good team, just not a very good team right now.

Personally I think the team has been over achieving most of the season. Can't hate on that, but you can't build too much hope either.

I knew we would have an overreaction thread today. Just because a team loses a game doesn't mean there is an internal issue lol. Team have games like this every once in awhile where nothing goes right. Add lebron and Jordan to this team last night and it is still a loss. No need to overreact when we have a bad game. My friend argues with me that Knicks fans overreact more than any other fans and he's right. And no the Knicks didn't miss amare tonight nor did they lose because they are old. They just lost a game.

This thread isn't based on the knicks losing last night, this type of behavior isn't new to us don't trip !

When they can't give you an answer for this continuous meltdowns, beware because there is one !

We just aren't privy to it.

Now's the time to get one of those anonymous source quote's of a former Knick who shares what the underlying issue the public doesn't know about that's causing this type of lackadaisical behavior.

And this is the saddest thing of all, considering that not long ago we had some good young players and enough Cap space to sign TWO superstars, the Knicks should be on the way up today, not on the way down. Even the Clippers got it right for once and are on their way to contention.

Their problem is that they don't play hard on a nightly basis. Simple as that. There have been injuries, but when they play hard they've shown they can win no matter who is on the court. It's a big problem and it's getting too late in the season to think they can change. I hope I'm wrong. This is on coach, Melo and Tyson.

Melo's injury might be more serious then everyone is admitting. He looked like he could barely move in Golden State. maybe that was just him getting back into game shape, but I think that's an optimistic view.

Building a pro team is a process which requires professionalism, vision, plan, and patience.
Dolan has no idea about all this boring sht.
As any spoiled and stupid rich child who never grow up he think that everything in the world can be just bought.
Greatness has no price tag. Nobody can buy professionalism and vision.
Knicks only hope is if Jimmy will get fed up with bbal as he did with hockey.
May be he will get interested in figure skating? This will be great…

I want Amare gone because he can't stay healthy. I knew he was going to break down. If it wasnt his knee it would have been his back.

2010 Amare was beastly but that Amare isn't coming back.

Let's see:

-Knicks getting destroyed by Cavs
-Melo goes out
-Knicks go on epic comeback to beat Cavs
-Beat the Pistons
-Lost by 1 to Thunder
-Destroy the Jazz
-Melo comes back
-Get destroyed by Warriors a team known for their intimidating defense.

There has to be some kind of connection here.

Will this thread be shut down by the government one day? Or MSG's PR department goon squad?

Will playa be posting vids of drug purchases and pirated scenes of practice session mutiny? Photos of empty vials and roach clips strewn about the lockerroom?

Who is Melogates' deepthroat? Will it be Brewer? Is Cope actually a narc? Is Sheed really a CIA operative?

Look at the win-lost records with and without Melo. There is zero connection. This is just trying to point blame after a loss, that's all. The ship is not sinking, don't worry. We lost on the road to a good team and couldn't make a shot, it happens to even the best teams and best shooters.

Yes it might be, and it's 1 game.

I guess it's time to blow it up and rebuild, huh?

I think you have me confused with the anti-knicks goons, trust me i'm not one of them.

At the least there has to be ego's surfacing within the locker room every time the knicks lose in the fashion they did last night.

Why do you think we play so bad ?
