This is a game where Woodson has to play active guys, meaning guys like Shumpert will play a lot .Chandler and Camby are necessary to guard the paint.

I'm not really scared of this game. But it's clear OKC has the best mix of what it take to blow us out. Quick guards, superstars, decent interior D with Ibaka and Perk. If Melo plays this isn't going to be any harder than the Miami game, which we gave away. More than anything I'd like to see them play hard defense and smart with the ball. They've been turning it over a lot more since the break.
Anyway, I'm excited to see us compete against Russ and Durant. Win or lose, I just want to feel comfortable that we belong with the upper echelon teams. |

Westbrook annoyed me with all his theatrics last season when we lost against them. Payback would be nice but is very unlikely. I don't think the Thunder are going to get to the finals again this season, but they have enough to beat us. Their K-Mart will probably shoot 80%.
Hmmm, maybe if Tyson has a monster game and Melo (if playing) can cancel out Durant we have a shot. But even then who's going to check Westbrook? Winning this would be a huge boost, but I'm not getting my hopes up. |

This could get ugly in a hurry. No shot without Melo and then he really has to have it going. Maybe if we can get the Thunder in foul trouble early?

Obviously the Knicks don't wanna run up and down with OKC. They can be a very sloppy team despite their great athletic ability. Knicks have to slow them down as much as possible. You have to have a lot of Ball and Player movement against them. OKC will let you score, but you have to beat them with smarts and not try to ISO them. They're too athletic for that.
