Sorry to say this
but I disdain Bulls but admire their grit & wit.

They are the 2012-2013 NBA's east conference legit PESTs.
All their guys don't give a damn whom they play. From Roster spot 1 thru 12.

None of their guys is exceptional at any single 1 thing,
but as a team they execute as one and beside the defensive hounds they are each players seem to be able to annoy
BULLs just dont go away in the entire game. Grind it out offensive end then grind it out on defender end of court

Sure Knicks get back Shump, and few other Knicks missing pieces at season end however I dont know how significant the difference in Knicks approach will be. Any game vs the BULLs is Life & Death struggle nba celebrity death match.

All in all in short AVOID Chicago Bulls at all costs. They lost Derrick Rose, tonite vs. Celtics they lost L.Deng
and their as_ses still playing the game the same way. *PESTS of the NBA & a very good team who will be the toughest out.

Knicks are not only one whom wont want any piece of Chicago in the NBA playoffs.

I'm sure BULLs learned from last season 76ers says they wanted Bulls after D.Rose got hurt. I'm sure coach T.Thibeadou taught his
team to make teams not want to play you regardless OF D.Rose being there are not. That is just how Bulls play until Rose comes back
Bulls will be a b_tch to play in NBA playoffs.

You beat the Bulls with effort and play smart, Rondo doesn't foul out, the Celtics wouldn't have lost.

They are what their record says they are.

Would be a great series. Deng, Boozer, Noah matchup wel with Melo, Amare, Chandler. Where we would have to get them at is they lack size off there bench. We would need Chandler, Amare, and Camby healthy and playing well for that series. I don't know the story with Sheed if he is done for the season or not but he would make a big difference as well. Shumpert would have to make Rose work hard and Felton would have to show up and play well. Then there is Kidd, Prigs, Jr Smith vs Hinrich, Nate, Benelli. Winnable matchups for us.

Thibeadou got that team playing the game the right way most nights, even when Bulls lose a game

They are no fun to watch, no fun to play

the only hope to beat the bulls is that somehow rose's return is subtraction by addition. he kind of plays outside the whole team ethos.

don't want any part of celtics or bulls in any round!

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

Yes cosign. But evidently we will have to get through the bulls or miami to get to the finals. Just hope we dont get clipped early by boston

Eh. If the Knicks want to win the chip they should have the mentality that they will take ALL comers. A championship caliber team doesn't run from challenging opponents, they face them head on. If they have to go through the C's/Nets/Bulls/Pacers/Heat/Thunder/Clips/Spurs/Grizz/etc. to get to the promised land, so be it. To win the chip, they'll have to figure out a way to beat those teams. The most important thing is HEALTH. If the Knicks can get healthy and play November-style D nightly, they have a legit chance to beat any team in the league.

They'll struggle when Rose comes back, due to the 'returning player curse' that blights nba teams, but their coach has done a great job with not very much.

There are no easy match ups really- pacers and Bulls are doing well despite missing key players, Celtics are still formidable, Hawks have a great record and a lot of lethal 3 point shooters, Nets and Bucks doing pretty well too. But it doesn't matter, like NYDiva said, if you're serious about winning it all, you have to be ready and willing to beat the best.

Still too early to access who we are and how we play...Amare and Shump are huge additions...How their games mesh with Felton will be key to how we play as a team...Blending in Melo's and JR's games with those three should not be hard because the excel in iso plays...Man I can't wait...Kidd will help a lot too going back to his role as a 2...The all star break comes at the right time as well...Giving some guys time to heal and regain their rhythm..Notice how Amare has slowed down...When he first came back he was playing so fast...These things take time...We have the rest of the year to gel and find out who we really are as a team...

I want no part of the Bulls. They have beaten us 3 times without their best player. I hate to say it but they tougher than us both mentally and physically and their defense is top notch. However now that we have shumpert back and if Camby can stay healthy for more than 3 games i would feel more comfortable playing them

Tougher than us mentally???..Three of our toughest guys haven't played together yet this season...Felton, Shump and Amare...Bring in Sheed, Camby and Kidd to his new natural position...U want tougher than that...We just need some time...

They play better without him(Rose), mind you I didn't say they are better.

What I mean is on offense they pass to the open man , everybody touches the rock. When Rose comes back at the end of the game, all pressure is on him.

When they play now with Deng healthy, you don't know who to overplay because anyone of those guys can hit the winning shot , like the Pistons of OLD THAT WON Championships.

yep, if rose addition somehow is a real positive, the east may be in trouble come playoff time, the bulls are well coached on both sides of the ball..

The Bulls are a tough bunch period. I don't agree that they're winning without talent. They've got really good defensive talent. That's why people overlook them, cuz most fans don't really value defensive talent. People think guys that are defenders rather than bigtime scorers are scrubs. Having a team full of high effort guys is a rare thing. Minus Rose that team is well equipped to defend at a high level.

The Knicks pretty much tried to do the same thing with the roster. They have a lot of good defensive talent mixed in with good scoring talent. The only issue we've had is that we lost too many guys. Getting back Shump, STAT and Felton is huge. Then if we can eventually get Sheed and Camby back that really makes the Knicks an equal match for any team in the league. Not really scared of the Bulls if the Knicks are healthy. I respect the Bulls as one of the top teams, but the Knicks are an Elite team too IMO.

BULLs vs HEAT has been anything brother besides MIAMI owning Chicago ? Don't agree ... you'll have to show me that.

I love the Knicks too but be a realist until Knicks win a 1st round NBA series playoff game which what ? been 1 decade since that eh?
