This game tonight has enraged me, makes me feel like doing something crazy! We are getting are destroyed by a lottery team. Are biggest problems in this game are rebounding and interior defense. Asik is destroying Tyson, showing him how a true 7-footer is supposed to rebound. Mike Woodson refuses to play Marcus Camby, our best rebounder and shot-blocking interior presence. The guy went with a 5 of James White, Ronnie Brewer, Jason Kidd, Ray Felton and Steve Novak at one point. Woodson is playing Thomas instead of Camby, WTF is going on?

They might be worried about Camby doing too much too soon since its a long season and the Knicks are off to a record start. If they want to wait on Camby while he gets in better shape they should think about giving more minutes to Rasheed in the meantime.

Why question Woodson as if you're around the team, around Camby himself, roaming our Knicks locker room etc, etc. Maybe, jut maybe Woodson isn't a simple minded fan and/or head coach? Maybe, just maybe coach Woodson has an envision in regards to our future moving forward? Maybe, just maybe coach Woodson understands that Camby is aging and/or up there in age while having a focus and/or goal of having Camby playing his best ball come postseason play. Having a fresh Camby come potential postseason basketball is much more important when compared to rushing him out during the 11th game of the season. Same goes for both Shumpert and Stoudemire. Patience.

Just my thoughts. Night.

Camby was cleared to play a few games ago, so he must be healthy. Today 'Sheed was out, there was no reason for Woodson to play Kurt Thomas or insert James White in the 2Q with a DPOY award winner on the bench. This was the perfect game for Woodson to play Camby.

If its a conditioning issue with camby maybe he shouldn't be traveling with the team and working on getting into game shape. Camby is a really productive player when healthy and on the court. With Tyson struggling camby's presence could be huge.

@NYK Mentality, how can Camby be fresh come playoff time if Woodson doesn't play him enough in the regular season. Bad losses like this can deflate teams. A team with title aspirations like ours can't suffer losses like this. We overpayed Camby to be our defensive big man off the bench. In visions we wanted him and Tyson out there shutting the paint down. Tonight that would have been nice as Harden euro-stepped to the paint over and over again.

This is the likely answer. No need to run Mr. Glass into the ground prematurely.

look we need sheed and camby. Its obvious Tyson is not gonna give us what he did last year so if sheed and camby are hurt a lot then we are in trouble

Camby may not be in the best condition. If not he needs to get on the Wallace workout.

Had to respond to this actual post above. You're enraged by this? Nice to know, because it's only one regular season game. 'How quickly you become angry'. Getting destroyed by a lottety team? 'How quickly you forget' about the types of teams in which we've beat *thus far) here in 2012-2013. Got destroyed by a lottery team? That's funny, because the last time I checked? If the season were to end today? The Rockets wouldn't have a top 10 (lottery) draft selection. Although the likes of Washington, Toronto, Detroit, Cleveland, Sacramento, New Orleans, Phoenix, Orlando, Indiana, Portland and Chicago would.

Also, Asik just "showed" Tyson how a true 7-footer is supposed to board off the glass? That's nice to know because Tyson has a career average of 8.6 boards per game. Averaging 8.8 here in 2012-2013. Asik has a career average of 5.0. Averaging 11.8 here in 2012-2013. Asik may have put up 14 boards tonight but how quickly you've forgotten how Tyson Chandler put up 13 during our last time out. Wake me up when Asik leads his franchise to a Championship as a defensive force. So, let's get this right. You mention Houston as a lottery team before praising Asik for "showing" Tyson how to board and/or play the game of basketball? Nice to know. Some job Asik is doing for his Rockets team here in 2012-2013.

Ever heard of 71 games remaining on the schedule?

Hate to use god's name in vain but Jesus Christ it's only been 11 games.

Also, stop acting as if Woodson has "refused" to play Marcus Camby. Guess you lost the memo in which Camby played 4 minutes against Orlando, 8 minutes against the Mavs, 10 against the Hornets and 13 minutes of playing time against the Pacers.

Should Woodson now say sorry for not playing Camby 20 minutes per game right out the gates? Should Woodson not think about our future and/or a possible postseason run?

Getting off the internet. No point talking basketball with these types of fans after a loss during the regular season. They'll dig until they can no longer dig. And then they'll dig some more. Marcus Camby as a topic of discussion as of right now? Nice to know.

It doesn't matter what game of the season, this was a terrible game. How can someone not be enraged at the effort that was put forward by their team? Indiana and Chicago won't be lottery teams, the Bulls will probably make the playoffs and will be dangerous once D-Rose gets back after the All-Star break. The Rockets are an inferior team that probably won't make the playoffs yet they destroyed us that was basically the point. This year Asik is averaging 12 rebounds per game, and for his career per 36 minutes Asik averages 12 rebounds per game. I didn't say Asik was better than Tyson, I said Asik showed him tonight he definitely did.

By playing him 10, 8 and 13 minutes he has essentially refused to play him, or he hasn't played him as much as he should. You keep on saying this is game 11, it doesn't matter because every game is important and effect you down the road! We are going to be fighting all season for playoff seeding in order to get favorable match-ups.

they say on speculations (msg announcers)
coach woody and staff may not be thrilled with Camby's present "in game" shape healthwise

Thus he needs to work & be in game best shape to play and practice
if he's showing that in practice he aint gonna play much game time despite Camby's vital experience in nba games

I thinking there is more too it than what we are hearing.

Before the Houston game the team went to Camby's house to have Thanksgiving dinner and you know there was probably some partying going on.

Kidd we know likes to drop a few , when he was arrested for DUI, J.R Smith readily admitted he partied all the time last yr and his play showed it (erratic).

I'm just wondering if playing in NY is too much for some of these guys. Players whining and showing anger that hurts the team and creating a narcissistic attitude on the court. All these things fuels the opposing team.

We saw what they did for 6 games looking focused with a team concept, but it looks like they have lost focused a little bit and are reverting back to some old habits. Does partying do that to ya ???

I'm just asking, I don't know.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Conspiracy!

If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.
