Is it Gods plan that Sheed should start?

“I don’t see how anybody can compare us. I’ve been in this league much longer. He had a great run last year, one of the best I’ve ever seen. I’m glad he got his money. But to compare me and him is wrong.”

“I don’t even follow what he’s been doing. My thing is to come out for another game and get a win. That’s all I’m thinking about."

This game and the one in NY will bring closure to the whole Lin thing (especially if we win both), regardless of what your stance on the whole issue was. I don't expect to read much about Lin on these boards after December.

Yeah, I thought the same thing about Gallo, but apparently the half-life of ex-Knicks is about 3-4 years. Give or take.

Try looking for DLee threads or NateR threads. You see? It can take awhile.

Any mildly extended Knick losing will extend Lin's potency as well.

Sometimes, what happens on the court takes precedent over what happens in the conference room.

I have a collegue who works at Willams & Connally. They overplayed their had from the negotiation angle with Dolan, and totally lost sight of the priority/ (responsibility to potential advertisers) to keep Lin in New York market.

Linsanity is dead.

Shame he doesn't have any free will- I enjoy making my own decisions and accepting responsibility for my own actions, mus be weird having god decide everything for you and sort out your finances and stuff- most people have to hire an agent to do that kind of stuff.

I enjoyed Linsanity but have grown weary of Lin's whining in the media since he signed "that ridiculous contract". Hope Felton outplays him and we get the win. It's an important game for Felton even though he won't say so in interviews- he's been playing good for us so it would be nice to see him close the book on his predecessor.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised to see Lin have a big game (TD too)- he always played better when he was being ****y and was fired up. Annoyingly I can't watch this game til late tomorrow due to travelling & work- hope I can resist peaking at the score before I watch it!

Who's to say it wasn't God's will for him to move on, I mean the kid was sleeping on his cousins sofa or something while in NY making chump change. The guy is financially blessed beyond his wildest dreams from a sport(game) he loves to play.

IMHO it has nothing to do with basketball, but all to do with his new found finances

Hmm, so it seems we've narrowed it down to either god or Lin's agent- Apparantly Lin played no part, he is an innocent victim. For f***s sake why can't he just accept responsibility for his own damn actions?!
