Lol. I'm sure Fields will pick it up once he's familiar with his teammates. Overpaid maybe, but he'll play decent in T dot.

That said, I'm so glad we upgraded to Ronnie Brewer in this young season. He does everything Fields gives you, but better, and with awesome D.

I don't understand the point of this post? Was there anyone all that upset about not matching Fields' contract? And what the **** is this about:

hahaha for real. Even if Brewers jumper disappears, it's not like we brought him in thinking he could hit a jumper. The points have been a pleasant surprise but, not expected so, if he falls of there, no problem. He was brought in to add to the defense which, he will.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

Some people (including me) were a little sad to see Fields go, but it was almost unanimous that Fields at $7 mm was overpaid. Furthermore, looks like they're trying to play him at SF. He's better at SG, so he's at another disadvantage.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

he started the season at SG which I thought was a mistake. I guess they moved him to SF now. Either way he is an abomination

I think with our new shooting coach fields may have resembled is rookie season, but I never like to rebuild through the draft so I don't care too much for young players who aren't special..Fields showed signs of having a decent I Q, but some how lost it.

Brewer was never ever a great or even good shooter, all of a sudden is ugly looking shot is becoming reliable

Landry Fields looks great at SG when you're chucking 30' threes and need someone to crash the rim play after play

Good thing they got Nash as a result of giving Fields that big contract.

1) In response to the green font comment, I give you:

Must be Melos fault- Melo is making him not be able to hit an open jumper- he has been trying to sabotage Fields career since the moment he came here from Denver.

Didn't one of our coaching staff when told of Fields offer say "nice kid- can't play"- ha! Cold! Sounds like Woody.

I'm surprised, I thought that being on a lower pressure team, Fields would return to form and thrive, unfortunately it looks like he's joined the long list of players who mentally broke playing on the Knicks.

Fields has four field goals in 4 games. He has played about 84 minutes, is the starter and is shooting 20 %. The Raptors better contact the Hawks and see if they can get Kenny Atkinson to work with Fields. If Lowry didn't turn his ankle I think the Raps were heading towards a Calderon/Lowry back court.
I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18
