and its only preseason. Sneaky suspicion Amare will be the one to go down early in the season and be done for the year this season. Ala Antonio Mcdyess. Then he will sign with the Heat in 4yrs as a role player and help them win another ring. Then he will come back to the knicks at 40 as a role player so they can sniff his ring as the Knicks are in the middle of a 50yr championship drought

If anything it will iron out the backup PF position, since history dictates Amare will miss time at some point this season. Could be a blessing in disguise.

i dont think it a big deal. Its only preseason so no need to push it and cause a major injury

i get a bruised knee all the time when i play/practice. It will be fine i a day or two

Last I checked you popped in a thread yesterday quick to clown a former Knick for not being back to 100%. The difference though he actually played in his first pre-season game.

Otoh Amar'e will sit because of a "bruised knee". Not a good look but I'll support the team exercising on the side of caution.

I like STAT and all, but this guy is just wearing me thin...I mean come on, dude...Yet another reason to sit out...Dude the season hasn't started yet and you are out!!!! AGAIN!!!!...Just can't defend this guy anymore....

I know man its crazy he has way too many injury issues. I guess we just have to hope for the best this year

just precautionary. Woody said they were just being careful and that if it were regular season, he'd be ready to go
