I think we have the deepest Knicks team I can remember. I wasn't around for the 70s glory years. I say we finish no worse than 4th, but I'm saying 3rd seed. I think Boston is going to be better than last year. If they can play great for 82 games and not take a chunk of the season off like they have the last few seasons they should get the 2 seed. People are too high on Brooklyn and I have a feeling Indiana overachieved a bit last year. Knicks major concern is health. I say 3rd seed.

The heat are the class of the heat...boston is still to be respected...i think our competition will be: indy philly and bknets...i think were 2nd out of this bunch...so i think well end up with 4th seed
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

We're probably going to finish anywhere from 4-6; I voted 4.

I'm thinking 2 seed. FIRST FULL TRAINING CAMP SINCE STAT, MELO & TYSON WERE PUT TOGETHER!!! I just think this is the Knicks year. STAT and Melo both had good full off season work. Melo in particular is coming in confident off the Olympic Gold and with none of the questions about how he'll be used like last year with no PG. This year we've got PG's that actually know what they're doing. I'm expecting plenty of touches for STAT and Melo which should keep them hot shooting wise.

The biggest reason I feel strongly about this Knicks team is the added defense we should have this year. Last year the team had some really strong defense but now the team is even tougher and bigger. We had such a drop off when Tyson went out of the game and now we should be strong for 48 minutes. We're improved defensively at the C, PG and the SG spot. I also like the added experience. Some bash the age of the players, but I think they'll fit the style of play which should be much more playoff style halfcourt BB.

Knicks have a lot to prove - to the fans; the other teams; and to themselves. They are highly motivated; practicing together; psyched up. The whole organization is geared towards making a run for the championship. I went with 3rd seed. I think we make it at least to the Eastern Finals. Hopefully further. Of course I am always optimistic this time of year but I think we have a lot to be optimistic about.

6. Because these are the Knicks who we always overrate, and always come in below our expectations.
Our backcourt is weak, and unless Camby surprises me with what he has in the tank, I'm not impressed with our offseason moves.

My heart says 3rd but my head says 4th so I voted 4th seed.

5th seed. I would normally say 4th, but they've rarely met my optimistic expectations.

I voted 3rd seed. We definitely have the best team we've had in years, but I don't think we have enough to take on Miami, especially since they improved over last year, roster wise. Had we retained Lin I'd say we'd have a chance, now I think we are one shy of a big 3, which more than likely any team will need to beat Miami.

I'm feeling optimistic today, so I'll go with 3rd seed and finally unseating Boston for the Atlantic Division crown.

According to Sheridan, Andrew Bynum is out for 3 weeks as a precaution for his right knee- not a good sign at all for the Sixers. if he goes down, it takes out one of our competitors in the east.

The Giants were suckholes of the regular season and won it all.

Based on that priceless analogy, I voted 2nd seed.

Why do you both think they will be worse than last season?

Miami is the class of the east, obviously, and until proven otherwise, I think Boston sits in the second seat. Despite the injury to Rose, the grittyness and defensive minded Bulls will always be in the thick of things. So with that said, I think the Knicks could finish as high as 3rd but I got them finishing 4th.

I can't speak for 3G4G, but Vmart has us with a slightly better winning percentage and a higher seed than last year, not worse.
