How any team could believe this guy could actually be productive after so many years of inactivity is beyond me.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

he's 7 feet and can score when on the court. Thats the MLB equiv of a 95 mph fastball. So long as you can do that someone will give you a shot

Players get tryouts all the time. Your post made it seem like the N*ts believe.

Costs no money to bring in a guy for a tryout to see what he got. LIkley an agent is calling around telling teams "eddys changed".

If he has he could play. He has proven he can play and was a near all star at on time.

If he has figured it all out you give him a min deal. I don't think anyone should give him a mulit year contract if he comes back.

Personally I don't have any idea what kind of shape he is in. I'd be pretty sure your right and its a long shot.

That's your interpretation and I respect it but, if that were the case, it would read, Nets looking to add Eddy, not Eddy looking to become a Net. Get it, looking, as in inquiring :) See the smiley cause I'm not trying to be condescending.

I got nothing against Eddy, I don't wish any lack of success on him. I just can't see many players actually being productive after being away from the game for so long. It's been what, 4 or more years since he's played.

Back to subject:

N*ts want Eddy to bring his championship experience to the team!

Like Knicks get with Chandler who won in Dallas and a USA Gold olympian!

Eddy brings that kind of intensity and Buffet line experience to any team!
