That and add a SG who can actually shoot. Even if its for a 3
Spotup 3pt specialist for the 1.3 vet min. Incase JR is a disaster in the starting lineup til shump gets back

Realistic wish (unrealistic would be S/T for OJ Mayo):

S/T for Felton using Douglas, Gadzuric, Jordan, cash.
MLE to either Randy Foye or Marcus Camby
Resign Lin, Novak, and Smith of course

Moves like this make us very much improved going into this season.

My plan would be to resign Novak, Smith, & Lin. S&T for Felting or Bayless. Then bring in Shawne, Morrow, and the European PG. Plus sign a big to the lle

Id lean more towards camby than foye since we have jr and lin can play some sg til shump gets back. If foye takes 1'3mil does he quality as a vet? Then perfect

Bayless is not that good, Felton works well with amare. I think morrow would love it here but he just got traded so i doubt they let em go. And with D'antoni gone, dont see euros gettin much love

I like Camby the most too, but my only concern is lack of shooting with a backcourt including Lin, Felton, and Shumpert (when healthy.) But i guess as long as Smith shoots consistently and Novak remains one of the best in the league we should be ok. Hopefully we come to an agreement with Smith because he will be one of the keys to this season. We need him to shoot 40% from 3 and be less of a moron in general. If he can do those things then i like him as a big piece to the puzzle.

C Chandler/Camby/Jeffries
PF Stoudemire/Harrellson
SF Anthony/Novak/White
SG Smith/Shumpert
PG Lin/Felton/Bibby

Very good balance. Could definitely be a top team in the east.

The problem with bring in Camby, Amare will never have an opportunity to play the % where is most dominate on the offensive end. Amare still hasn't proven he can even play with a true center.

My wish is to have lin play even better then he did last season, and for melo to understand winning basketball.

Yea but it would be good to have camby as insurance for chandler. We saw what happens to the interior defense when he misses anytime. We dont have defensive depth at the 4/5. Guys like camby, kmart & extra e will help

My VERY unrealistic wish list is as follows:

1) Amare gets traded in a 4 team trade and the Knicks get back Aaron Affalo,
Tyler Hansbrough and filler. Actually works on trade-checker!!
2) Mosgov traded back to the Knicks....somehow/someway
3) Revisit BRIGGS idea of Lin S/T to Houston for Jeremy Lamb and #1 draft pick
(contingent on signing Felton and Priglioni)
4)Tony Douglas is traded for a high 2nd round pick or moved (with others?) in S/T for Felton.
I don't think that I could stomach watching TD for another year.
5) Donnie Walsh comes back; Dolan apologizes to him for fukken up the Melo trade
6) JVG takes over as head coach effective immediately; Woodie stays on as defensive coach

OF course, #1, #2, #5 and #6 won't happen....but you asked for my WISH(ES)...there you have them.
