He's gonna be slow and lethargic even if he does play. This is ****ty luck. Anyone know when he came down with it? It's probably going to take a minimum of a week for him to get back to normal.

MJ used to BEAST in the playoffs with the flu. Get with the program, Tyson! Flu don't mean diddly to a champion.

Plus, try some Theraflu maybe?

If all else fails, a damp towel of Vinegar behind the neck before going to sleep and he will be fine in the morning. Works every time.. smells horrible though.

He should play and hug every Heat player. And play super close D, breathe on them, sneeze on them, make sure they all get it by game 2-3 ! Might as well use everything to gain an edge, lol

Sit him in street clothes behind the Heat bench or gave him drink out of the Heat Gatorade cooler and backwash.

That stuff takes a day or two off of a week long illness. I hope they have something more effective to get him out there.

Thread of the week even for a terrible news like this one. Though I highly doubt he misses Game 1 because of a flu with little less than a day to go. He has time to rest and feel better enough to play.

But love all the friendly details Ty should have with the Heat. I think he should simply ask the 2 and a half stars to the movies and offer them of his popcorn. That should seal the deal.
