This is a huge game, obviously. One of the only wins Charlotte has this year is against Orlando when they had a healthy, albeit uncommitted, Dwight.

Look, Charlotte will probably lose this game. But they are playing not to be the worst team of all time. I really think if they play hard enough they can do it. No Dwight, no Nelson....maybe they'll pull it off. I will be watching this game for sure.

If we end up playing Indiana in the first round I will be overjoyed, not that they should be taken lightly.

I think Nelson might play tonight. Richardson is probably out. Still a big game for Orlando as well.

Edit:

Jameer Nelson expects to play tonight against the Charlotte Bobcats after he missed almost all of Sunday night’s game in Denver with a left-calf contusion.
Coach Stan Van Gundy said Earl Clark (left knee) and Quentin Richardson (calf) also are expected to play.

The Magic would clinch the 6th seed in the upcoming playoffs with a win tonight or a win Thursday night in Memphis.

Orlando also would secure the 6th spot if the New York Knicks lose tonight to the Los Angeles Clippers at Madison Square Garden or on Thursday in Charlotte.

GO BOBCATS! I will be at the Knicks game tonight hoping they play for pride, for continuity, and to maintain the possibility of the 6th seed. I will certainly be keeping tabs on he Bobcats/Magic score the entire time. Glad that game starts an hour earlier.

This is Charlotte's best shot to not have the worst record of all time, because their last game is against the Knicks. I hope they bring the fire

The road to the finals will go through Miami or Chicago. I just didnt want to have to play them both.

So the Magic have to lose against the Bobcats and Grizzlies, then the Knicks have to win their final 2 in order for the Knicks to move up to the 6th seed...tough task.

Fat lady has yet to sing. If the Magic win, might be wise to sit our studs in the fourth quarter. Until mathematical certainty, they should treat the last two games as the first mini-round of the post-season. Time to raise the effort level is now. Not only to win the game tonight, but to do what winners do and show why they belong, strike fear into the hearts of South Beachers, earn some last minute juice to boost their cred for the first round matchup.

The Knicks are the 2007 Giants right now. Woodson needs to take a page from Coughlin's book and come to win.

Grizzlies are really good at home and need the win. That's almost a guaranteed loss for the Magic without Dwight.

Unfortunately, even if Jameer Nelson missed tonight's game against the Bobcats, it would STILL be a guaranteed win for the Magic. The Bobcats are wretched, don't give a damn and have almost no NBA talent. It's just not gonna happen.

I'm somewhat against tanking for 8th to play the Bulls. I wish it'd lined up that way, but the Knicks will have to play the Heat. I think it's dangerous to throw two games and throw off the rhythm this team has. Play hard these last two games, try to beat the Heat. Stranger things have happened.

That said, I REALLLLY wish the Knicks had beaten the Cavs Friday night. They'd have a really good shot at the 6th seed, only a game back of the Magic. sigh.

EIGHTH: If the Knicks lose and the Sixers win on Wednesday, the Knicks would fall into the eighth seed and a first-round matchup with the Chicago Bulls.

But Philadelphia is reportedly sitting Elton Brand and Andre Igoudala in the season's final two games, increasing the odds that it loses both games.

Thats usually how it works. However, things have changed with this franchise recently. If Orlando wins I wonder if Woodson sits Melo, and Chandler against the 'CAts tomorrow.

Turned on the game before the Knicks...painful to watch. How did we lose to the Bobcats?

I doubt we get the bulls, the 76ers are in epic tank mode to avoid the Heat. They are leaving Iggy,lou and some other guy home for the road trip.

I dont know man. There are about 10 or 12 games games that we gave away ths season taht have really come back to haunt us
