![]() Don't watch Sacramento much. His stats make him look like a poor man's Monte Ellis though! And I don't mean that as a compliment!

![]() Tyreke Evans is another example of scouts trying to pound a square peg into a round hole. A player isn't a point guard just because he can handle the basketball and pass. I've seen it with Brent Barry, Jamal Crawford, Larry Hughes etc. Evans is a ball dominant two-guard in the mold of Kobe Bryant. Evans can create shots at will. Unfortunately, he's stuck playing for a joke of an organization. He's in a situation similar to John Wall's in Washington.
I think Evan can be reclaimed and turned into a hell of player if develops a J and goes to a stable organization. Unfortunately, that means the Knicks are probably a bad option for Evans at this point of his career. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.

![]() He wouldn't fit on our team, but I'm glad he might be leaving the Kings- I think you can have either Cousins OR Evans on a team, but not both of them if you want to win. I remember Donnie Walsh was high on him in the draft, and after his first season he looked like he was going to be a big time player. But then he had an awful second season (though he did have a lot of injuries), and has looked just as bad this season. I wonder how much of it is due to the Kings organization/ the situation he was in. The started off wanting him to be PG, then a SG, now they want him off the ball as a SF.
So yep, don't want him on this team, but I agree with BigDaddyG- I think he might bounce back big time with a change of scenery. |

![]() There wouldn't be enough balls between him, Melo and Amare. Woodson has a hard enough time trying to juggle touches between those 2.

![]() Not only doesn't he fit on this team, with Melo, Amare, and Lin, what are we trading in order to get him?
Now the joy of my world is in Zion
How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before
Now let me pray to keep you from
The perils that will surely come

![]() Knicks are lacking talent outside of Melo, Amare, and Chandler. Our bench production is going to be decimated once JR Smith bolts this summer.
If Evans was willing to come off the bench then we'd have a potential future starter. OKC has Harden coming off the bench. NY Knicks - Retirement home for players and GMs
