thought I'd never say that this year. Bibby stays within his current skillset and gets the job done, at least tonight he did. He should stay the starter for now

I and a couple others thought Davis was going to be the 'savior' LMAO

Bibby is exactly what we need right now. Pass the ball and hit the open jumper. BD has had a few moments but I freakin hate when he brings the ball up and already has it in his head that he's going to (thinks) he's going to score.

By the time he gets up the court he has to shoot just to beat the shot clock.

Bibby has been in the midst of the worst NBA season for anyone who averaged over 10 MPG while playing in at least half the games....or at least you could make a really good argument for that. Lets not let one good game get us too excited just yet.

Its not one game its two.

And its not that we are that excited about Bibby - he is a shell. Its how freakin happy we all are that its not B-Sh1tty.

i disagree with this statement. baron is still better than bibby.

but that's like saying that getting punched in the face is better than getting punched in the balls.

I disagree wholeheartedly. You cannot play PG worse than BD has been playing. he cannot get the ball up the court! And if we are lucky enough to get it up the court his dumb turnovers makes me throw my shoes at my tv.

I don't like all the hate BD is getting- he's playing poorly because he has injuries to his back, hamstring (two very dehabilitating injuries), neck and knee, but rather than sit out he's battling through them all because he knows how important these games are. He's showing a lot of heart and toughness- especially when you consider his reputation was that he lacks both and doesn't play through injuries.

Yes his play is poor, but I think the fact that he's refusing to quit, earns him some respect- definitely doesn't deserve the insults.

The injuries are a large part of it but he also takes many bad shots and makes many bad passes.

Baron is hurt and that should be stated first. That said, Davis makes too many bad passes and try's to involve himself too often. The sad part is he does so at awful times. I still think Baron is better, but only if he tries as I've been really dissapointed with his play from a PG perspective.

At least now we have one PG playing Well or ok.

I think his bad play is mostly due to his injuries, but it's still bad. If Bibby is finally getting on track to the point where he's outplaying Davis, then start him. I'd like to see it for a few more games, though.

They are both awful in this point of their careers.

Yeah but Bibby is slightly less awful.

I agree, crazy.
I don't get the point of Bibby playing at all. The guy brings the ball up over halfcourt and then just hands it off and plays off the ball. If he's going to be off the ball, he shouldn't be in there. We have better offguards that could be used.
I can't see how this guy was ever a point guard in the NBA. He can't freakin' handle the ball! Is this something one loses with age? The guy is in his mid 30's, not mid 50's! Why does he pick up his dribble as soon as a defender gets on him?! He's terrible. I don't care what numbers say over 2 games.
