The way it looks now, the Knicks are going to be the seventh or eighth seed. My question is, what would be better? Based on what I have seen I think I'd rather see the Knicks play Chicago, instead of Miami. I think they'd stand a better chance of pulling the upset.

We have beaten Chicago at half strength so i would rather play them although im also convinced we could beat the heat. people forget every time we have played the heat we have played them at half strength whether it was melo, shump, lin,or amare being injured

I believe we lost to them in Miami with all of them back.

Oh yeah that game was similar to todays game. although melo was like 60%,lin was exhausted, and baron just came back so he was like 50%

They trapped Lin all game, MDA did not adjust, and Melo took all the blame.

Ya that was lin's first bad game. But Melo just came back after like two weeks off so he wasn't anywher near ready. I think at full strength mimai wants no part of us

Lin's weakness is a defender that gives him constant pressure. How MDA did not have someone handle the ball and just let lin drive off a pass instead of leading the Off is lazy coaching(trying to be nice). They would leave him alone in the backcourt with a guy hounding him and then get pissed that he turned it over.

they got aways with a lot on lin in that game. i mean literally 4 or 5 times they shoved lin to the floor an no call, but I think by that point lin was tired since he was playing 40 minues per game for like a few straight weeks

Like it was discussed by the ESPN Crew, wanting Chicago is fools' gold. Not saying we can't beat them, but Im not fond of players wanting a certain matchup instead of another. I want them prepared and willing to battle anyone.

Whoever we play, we won't win if we don't rebound the ball and make our free throws. If today's game against Miami told me something is that we can beat them, but we need to be healthy and keep our compossure during the whole game. IMO, both Miami and Chicago are dangerous for different reasons. Miami doesn't have a strong bench but any of their big three guns can get on and make life misserable for you. We would've gotten a good lead today over them if it wasn't for Bosh.

Chicago actually seems to play better without Rose because their offense is spread and they don't rely on him for all the shots. Their bench is their winning hand, along with their rebounding.

I want whoever we get in the end. Of course, if I can get to #6, I do it.

Much rather beat the Heat, but I think we match up better with Chicago. Seems we will have to beat both to advance, so it really doesn't matter who's first.

I love how all the nba analysts are saying that todays game proves that we should pray taht we dont get the heat in the playoffs. they fail to mention that were have been playing well even without two of our other offensive weapons and when we play the heat again we will be healthier.

That is something that I've been going back and forth on. The next best thing to winning the whole thing would be to take out the Heat

Like Alan Houston's shot to beat the heat. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM that was soooooo good.

Unless we get Lin back and Amare v2.0, I don't think we can go very far. Beating the heat might be our championship.

Not this year... I will be happy we will get one win somehow.
Both Bulls and Heat are in another league. We have a lot of work to to to get there.
This is new team with new coach and needs time to come together and build some identity.

I think the Knicks should aim for the Bulls now. Even their losses to the Bulls have felt closer.

With Derrick Rose in and out of the lineup, Bulls are going to be a little tentative and not clicking on all cylinders.

Boston and Magic are totally impossible to catch at this point. You don't make up four games with 6 games to play.

Bring on the Bulls!

And this way we can beat Miami in the ECF! *keeps dreaming*
