Hey I'm a bored teenager here I need to do something so I just made this thread so I can actually be doing something...

Nah I'm kidding, but I am kinda bored though

I think this will be a very though game. But I see us pulling out another W from our backpocket

What do you guys think?

Hmmm...I thought this was gonna be in NY. Never the less, I think we can easily pull out a win. If houston can find his shot, and nazr can still work on the inside, then this team should be very easy to beat without carter or rose.

Yet another must win...where has Hardcore been lately? I miss his posts and that positive Knick flavor he brings to the board.

BTW - all the Nazr and TT haters - they played well last night, in fact they were pretty nasty. I admit I had my doubts, lets see if they can continue it though.

sorry, you sound like a moron "haterz". wtf is that? i say
"haterz" so i think im cool

whtatever the hell your stupid haterz line means, kvh is better than TT, bottom line. naz is a step up from mutumbo though, which isnt saying that much really. with houston playing well we can be good. without houston we are one of the worst teams around, but with kvh we still couldve won without houston.thats the bottom line

lets see if u understand this "wangsta".cuz we know u from the hood right money.if u seen the game n seen what TT can bring to the game which in over all is better than Kvh.its just not about scoring.haters like urself dont realize that G-Dog was shut down witch he would have droped 30 on Kvh causin him to foul out wit 2pts and at the same time with a big "L".

"kvh is better than TT, bottom line" -- In certain aspects KVH is better, in other aspects TT is better. FOr instance, last night on the fast break several times TT threw it down, whereas KVH would've gotten blocked or stuffed by the rim.

"nazr is better than mutumbo" -- who cares? He got traded for Doleac and is a much better defender and rebounder. Doleac had a streaky 17' J, they got good value for him. Nazr just needs time, h'll be a top rebounder in the NBA.

KVH is a choker, plain and simple. He'll fall apart in the playoffs as he does every year. Tonight he bricked a layup vs. the Heat and cost them the game. I was happy to see him go.

firstly learn to talk-you are making your stupidity obvious.

second-you are right that it is more than scoring-it is rebounding and defense, both of which KVH are better at--this is widely known fact. oh wait thoug, TT can dunk?oh so can kvh so i guess youre still a bufoon

Probably the biggest game all season standings wise to this point. We can win, but can't afford a flat effort. If Marbury's on his game again they have no one that can stop him...

TT looks good next to Houston cause Houston covers the team's and TT's own very very streaky outside shot. Whether its a good thing or a bad thing is a different story.

Generally when you built a team you want it to have parts that complement each other, not duplicate each other. So in that sense having a dunker and a shooter at 2 and 3 as opposed to 2 shooters at both 2 and 3 is a good idea.

However, when you have players that are so specilized in one aspect of the game, preme examples would be Houston (aka shooter) and TT (aka ahletic runner/finisher) then you have to rely on both being healthy at the same time. When either one goes down, the team looks bad.

So in an ideal situation both of the playes would be good enough in their "weakness" to cover up for the other guy's absence for a hosrt strech. However, both TT and Houston cannot do such a thing. So in our case the only hope is that both stay healthy at the same time for most of the time. One way to fix this would be to have a deeper bench at the 2 and 3. Anderson is plain bad so is Penny ( no matter how much I like his comeback story) neither one has a particularily good ahletic abilisty or shooting touch to replace eitehr Houston or TT for a breat period of time. Anderson can probably at least attempt to replace TT for a game or 2, but Penny cannot even come close to being a consistent outside threat. In other words we need to get deeper as a team and then a combo of TT and Houston will look very good, or just stay healthy, but that is probably a pipedream (styaing healthy all the time that is, not getting deeper).
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

NM impressed me and now i see this as a good trade if hes consistent enough.

Everybody is a knick fan, just because you don't like a player on the Kncicks, or the trade, does not make you any less of a fan. I hated every single player Layden brought in, (aka Houston, Fatspoon, Shanderson, Eisly, etc.). I hated the coach and the GM. But I never hated the team. Thats what its all about. The logo, everything else can and must be questioned.

i did not know that vincanity will be back. it will be tough. i can see him looking at wilkens and fire pertruding from his eyes and having a stellar game. but generally, houston has a history of playing well against the raptors especially if mo pete is guarding him. so look for houston to break out. also under the radar on toronto is cb4. he has been playing outstanding lately. he can give our frontcourt headaches especially how we looked against kenny thomas and dalembert the other night. yeah, this could be very tough. but we have to go in to win only. again a no choice game. winning only.

The only thing I hate,is losing! Winning changes everything, and I don't care who plays for us,as long as they GOT GAME,they can be black, european, latino or goffy whiteboy with socks up till his knees.
I'd rather die on my feet, than live on my knees!
