I hate bubbles, because everyone likes to put the air in and watch the bubble grow, but no one really expects it to burst on your face and stick to your nose.

I'm here to warn you, The Good People, that this is fool's gold.

"Not all that shines is gold" - Confucius

Fact: Guy gets dropped in the first round close to 90% of his career in the NBA. 9 out of 10, his team is losing in the first round.

Fact: Guy carries serious character flaws. You think this is fixed now? No, it is not fixed, there is just some caulk in the cracks, so it looks decent.

Fact: Nets went something like 18-0 when Frank first took over. That's how it goes.

Fact: Orlando is burning, Chicago was playing with Rose in his first game back. Guy was terrible. Barely squeezed it, still.

Fact: Ain't nothin'.

Fact: Don't get hyped.

Fact: It will take more than 14 games to make True Basketball Fans forget the spit he loogied at The Good People.

Fact: Who does that? Who throws a tantrum to get a guy fired? Then suddenly turns it up?

Players like Melo don't win championships, brah. Hate to break that slice of bread for you.

I'm just looking out. Real talk.

Now you will hug the sack of The Melo like he is one of the Gods. But you are playing with dirty time.
Do you think now he has cured all his bad characters, in just three games?

You must consider the regression to the mean. And the mean is ugly.

If you will consider the length of his contract, he will be the Marbury 2.0, but now there is an upkick of good feelings.

Do not be fooled, I warn you.

It pains me to write this thing.

Good luck because someone will peddle to you something not worth anything and you will fall for it.

Lack of foresight, you cannot see far ahead, you can only see the tip of your shoes, this is no way to go through life.

Guarantee: Melo legacy in New York is much more ugly than it is beautiful.

I will look forward to following the team D'Antoni is coaching next year. His Suns were a blast and Knicks could have had something similar if the owner was not so impulsive. I love the way D'Antoni wants to play and I think he will have no trouble implementing this system on some team where ownership and management will work with him.
I will look forward to Carmelo getting his wish and the Knicks moving forward with isolation basketball. Always I have maintained that it will be either D'Antoni or Carmelo, that they cannot coexist, and that the franchise must choose between team basketball or Carmelo isolation; the franchise has chosen.

I will look forward to following Danilo Gallinari in his career but I will not look forward to crying myself to sleep after watching Nuggets games; it is hard to forget what our Knicks could have been with Gallinari, Amar'e, and a point guard.

Now some predictions: Knicks finish below .500 this year, win 46 games next year. Never advance past First Round during Carmelo's big fat contract. D'Antoni reaches Finals before Knicks.

I think we get it. Is it really needed to post the same thing every month or every other month. You love Gallo and MDA. You dislike Melo. We know. You know we know. So dry your eyes and just watch Gallo when he gets back. Is he back yet? Anyway it will be soon.

I truly don't understand why this guy is still here if he hates Melo and this team so much.

I truly don't understand the hype for a team that is getting knocked in the First Round for the next 5 years.

It's one thing to support your team but to blindly throw all your nuts into the horse wagon over a couple regular season wins?

Now this guy is the messiah?

What a man does is what he does: the history does not get erased.

I've seen guys get hyped of players like T-Mac, Vince Carter, Tony Campbell.

This isn't new. Melo didn't have a magical rebirth. Melo is still the same guy that Denver kicked out with a boot in the ass, and now they're breathing a lot easier.

Mike Dantoni is the messiah.

This is worse than Portland passing on Jordan.

I'm giving my left nut to Doctors Without Borders if Carmelo wins even a single series with New York.

Real talk.

Your more a ball buster than bubble buster. If Melo doesn't make it out the first round than it is not the end of the world. This team is winning despite not being full strength.

You were the leader of the hype-parade a few weeks back when MDA was still on the sidelines and Lin was running the point. Was MDa and Lin and a huet Melo the recipe to get us out of the 1st round? Seriously, dude, you are just trolling right now.

Guys, MarburyAnd1 is clearly moving into self-caricature mode. Don't take it all so seriously.

This is the very definition of "jaded". Dude, you been suffering too long. Maybe Knicks basketball ain't yo thing. But some fans are ready to believe, so you don't have to go popping bubbles just yet. If Isaiah comes back, well then you might be onto something.

Melo fans have no integrity, no character.

You guys are the type of people that would eat **** if someone gave it away for free.

"Free food! Attend the meeting" - Here you guys come running.

Carmelo is a despicable human being and yet some guys worship him and put his jersey on their kids. Weak.

Yea, because MDA and Linsanity were guys you could root for. Guys that had integrity, guys that acted like grown men, not petulant little boys.

It tells a lot about a person who this person will root for.

Rooting for Melo betrays a spotty character. Real talk.
