Yes I'm loaded. Meant to say Amare is a top 3 Knick for me all time. He's a man. He's LJ on roids but most of all he protects his teammates. Lin got plastered and Amare immediately threw an elbow into Calderons chops. THAT'S HOW YOU SEND THR MESSAGE YOU DON'T FUCK WITH MY NINJA!!!

Chandler's earned a higher all-time ranking than Amare has.

All in their prime:

PF: Willis Reed (Look up his first 4 years in the league)
SF: Bernard King
C: Ewing
SG: Clyde
P: McGuire (do your homework and respect the legends)

Bench: Debussure, Earl, Allan Houston, Amare, Braun, Sweetwater, Larry Johnson, Phil Jax, Dollar Bill, .

Coach: Red Holzman

Not on list: Starks, Spree or Oak. These guys are just not good enough to be on this team. They are better than Phil Jax and Bradley but I needs Phil presence (glue guy) and personality on the bench. Bradley's a shooter! I don't want guys sulking about playing time.

Top three Knicks:

1. Me
2. Spree (the ONLY Knicks that played all positions except center. He was willing to do that for a team that doesn't even appreciate him at the end)
3. Spike Lee

if you're talking about in terms of achievements, then I guess I'll have to refrain from answering because just too many to name unless you restrict to certain decade.

Ewing--

no Knick has ever sacrificed as much (knees, marriage, peace of being a star in NY), produced (numbers speak for themselves), and lead (by example, play, in work and in deed) for the franchise over a longer period of time.

Amare--

his dunks are exciting.

Allan Houston--

I just always liked his style.

Let it be known: I believe in the Knicks this year-- deep into the playoffs, I swear to you my brothers...

Great memories- the thing is wasn't Van Horn actually popular with some fans? I couldn't stand him when he was with the Nets, and was devistated when we traded for him. Never liked having him on the Knicks, I thought he was mediocre at best when he landed with us, was delighted when he got traded, then threw up when I realised we had traded him for Tim Thomas. Going from Sprewell to Van Horn to Tim Thomas- talk about diminishing returns...
