4!!!! Was it his own decision or the coaching decision? I kept seeing Woodson calling him over to have a little chat with him. Also, there was another defensive play that got Woodson on Lin and Melo was seen harping at him about something as well.

I can see Woodson grilling Lin if Lin takes more than 5 shots and makes only 2. He'll say "Lin, stop shooting or you're coming out of the game." The days of watching Lin take control of his shots are long gone. When Knicks are playing well, Lin goes out of the game.

Lin will not develop as well as he could if Woodson yells at him for shooting.

Lin just needs to disrtibute the ball. The 6 assists last night were good, the 6 turnovers not so much. Oh yeah, what Holfresh said

They probably reminding him with MDA gone, he gonna have sit when he pee's now.

Maybe He kept asking him if he was backing up his computer the right way.

Nalod decided to not watch the game last nite. Not in protest, but I thought i'd just read about this one. Been spending too much time following the drama the last few days and been watching all of linsanity and most of melo killing linsanity.

Was 80 degrees here yesterday and was on the tennis court , then some beers and dinner with my buds after. I got my serve back! Was a good nite!

KNick win is good thing!

Thank God he took only 4 shots...that 5-18 crap won't fly anymore. Loved Linsanity, but that was so February of 2012. Long live Woodsanity!

Why does he keep turning the ball over? For real. I love Lin but when does this stop?

My man Lin played like crap last night...which I expected. No need for him or any other starter to take shots when they are resting on the bench after the 1st quarter. LOL!

Glad that he only had four attempts last night. He needs to take what is given to him. That will attitude will help keep the turnovers down. Not to mention, it will keep the lane open if he needs to force the issue late in the game

There is a reason Lin was praising D'Antoni. He himself knows he's not a 20 & 8 player at this early stage in his career. The system allowed him to be featured. The problem with that system say Amare & Melo were traded for role players and it becames Lin's team, Do you honestly think they would beat Miami, Chicago or OKC when those teams would key in on Lin rough him up, pressure him downcourt and force him to turn the ball over?

you think we can beat miami and chicago with inconsistent play and lack of D from melo and stat. NO.

do you think it was wise to demand adherence to a system that requires our stars to (1) do stuff they don't excel at and (2) not do the stuff they excel at?

MDA tried but failed. Doc Rivers succeeded.

Cut this BS. This team will lose Lin at the end of this season. And whatever it is that the "stars excel at" is something other than winning, shooting a high percentage, and playing hard-nosed defense.

The Knicks deserve to be a below .500 team for the next three years.

I agree with that. I woul dike to say though MDA didn't modify his system at all to suit Melo's unique skillset. He wanted him to be Shawne Williams or Novak. As I said in other threads, there's stink on the two of them

If we're going to do this, better do it right. None of this "Woodsanity" nonsense.

Woodstock 2012.

Lin made only 4 shots attempt last night
