I agree with Isles here, all he is saying is he is back to earth after all the celebration and taking things to perspective. It is a valid argument not a slam on anyone here on the forum.

Is it fair to ask how I'm being a jackass?

Someone starts a thread suggesting that D'Antoni should be extended. I start one asking if people are comfortable with Antoni being able to win a championship in determining whether or not he be extended.

Someone starts a thread suggesting that points per possession shows that the Knicks are a top 5 defensive team. I contest that and start this thread to show that stats don't mean everything because despite the defensive rankings of the teams the Knicks played against, what the Knicks have done over the last 7 games is impressive regardless of what the stats say.

I'm not being rude, offensive or personal. I'm just making an argument. Not unlike what most people do here. Are my arguments any more offensive to you than a rah rah cheerleader like nixluva despite the fact that I post a lot less than he does? Do you challenge him by saying that he's testing your patience or call him a troll?

Don't worry, I don't expect an answer. I just expect that I won't be posting here much longer.
