yaaaay. this is good. i hope lin can do well. utah is probably a decent matchup for him to start against, and then it's the wizards after that (remember lin destroyed john wall in summer league a few years ago).

could be a good time in the schedule to work in lin.

He better start. It might not be a bad idea to waive Bibby tomorrow either.

i'm excited to see this team with a real PG running the show. i can't believe he played like that. would be a dream come true for an x-factor player like that to emerge on this team. must remind myself that it was the Nets he did that against.

he sure looked good... thought it might just be a case of fresh legs vs some tired ones so we will see. Happy to see the kid do well. Maybe he's the Knicks Victor Cruz

Good to know. I'm sure the rest of the Knicks are just as happy as Lin to hear that.

I'll throw my eggs into the Victor Cruz basket.

I agree. I don't follow Utah but I have read a lot about Devin Harris's struggles.

I'm not expecting him to put up 25 every night but he is clearly the only PG on the roster and why many here were dying for him to get minutes. While others called them crazy for wanting to give minutes to D-League trash. Grunwald obviously thought the kid had talent otherwise he would've never picked him up

Yes the Knicks Victor Cruz. Season saving young player. Giant fans were down about losing Steve Smith. Knick Fans down after losing Felton/Billups

That's all we need, a competant PG.

Lin McLovin

"What's a brotha gotta do to get 15 quality minutes?"

The beautiful thing is that our big three will FINALLY have someone to manage the floor AND dictate flow.

Lin has a great opportunity to lead a talented frontcourt. JLin will also continue to get open looks. Work on that jumper, son.

His midrange jumper looked good. I just love that he attacks the rim. Man I miss having a PG that sees a lane and attacks!!! It's funny but Lin plays a lot like Nash and not just cuz MDA had him looking at film of Lin. Lin tweeted that he'd been watching Nash tapes. Lin's natural game fits this style.

Definitely! Once scouts see this game, they'll dare Lin to hit that open jumper. He's gotta work on that big time.

You KNOW JLin made you smile. You just don't wanna admit it JCrusher.

Shift du Jazz

Lin - 9 assists in his sleep
Fields - adding ball movement and movement without the ball
Carmelo - rest that wrist
Stoudemire - rest those knees
Chandler - keep making your free throws

Shumpert - sixth man
Douglas - free from running the point, regains some confidence
Jeffries - "look what I found!"

Hoop Dreams

Harrellson - get well soon
JR Smith - "you SURE you don't wanna take a pay cut?"
