I know we're 7 - 10 entering tonight's game, and we've had a cupcake schedule yada yada...but are you f$%king sh$tting me that the Bucks are projected to be better than the Knicks at season's end? Only 41.2% probability that we make the playoffs? I wish I could send him a yellow turd sandwich shaped like the Knicks logo. The guy's obnoxious lol...

Why? This team does not look like a playoff team. We look like a lottery team. We lose to teams headed for the lottery.

Hollinger is a douche.

Anyone who has ever worked with statistics knows that you can get them to say pretty much anything you want them to say if you tweak them right.

I don't think Hollinger changes his model based on our results - as much as Knick fans think he should. The numbers are what they are. So far we have sucked ass and the ranks reflect that. Gotta take your lumps. Go on a 9-2 win streak and all this will change. Till such time we do IIWII.

sometimes you need a little doubt from others to give yourself a motive to work harder and get better.
analyst are analyst, they will ride the hot streaks when teams look good and give an extra kick when things aren't going well.
regardless, we have to use the negative and make it a positive, take things game by game, continue with the game plan, and continue to build on what we have.
yesterday's game was crucial, for Anthony to believe in his team, the players to believe in themselves, continue to hit the wide open man, and to move off the ball.
we took many good shots yesterday, game out to play, and didn't let the defense dictate how we wanted to play.
we attacked the paint, hit open shots, that is how we go in the groove, which helped spread the floor, and allowed us to dominate 1v1 when it presented.
Offensive rebounds and 2nd chance points were big, as we the exploited the defense with the good shots and ball movement.

On defense, we didn't switch, on every play, allowing the offense to dictate the match ups and mismatches.
The intensity is there, we played the best game of the seasons and will continue to build chemistry.

Lets take these road games and come back home to defend our home court, giving our fans something to cheer about and believe in.
analyst can believe what they want, just as long as we believe in each other and ourselves.
we can go on win streak, fate is in our own hands, we just got to make the best of it.
This game also gave confidence for our 3rd string players in Lin, Novak, Jordan, and Balkman.
Jorts will be missed, but when a door closes, another opens, and our 3rd string players have to take whatever is given to them.
Attack in practice and work hard, they will get an opportunity, just be ready when they are called upon...

i really liked the way Lin, Novak, and Jordan seemed to click together.
Fields looks like he fits right in those guys, with the uptempo basketball, and willingness to move the ball.
Each of those guys brings in an element to the game, that we can use down the road.
It would not be surprising for them to be inserted together with 2 starters in the near future, as they seem to understand and accept their roles.

WHy does everyone assume he change sit to get the results he wants? His metrics are useless untill the season is halfway through at minimum and in a lot of cases when common sense could tell you the way things are going.

Yeah, it's not like he's been right about us every year for the last decade. It's not like he was right earlier in the season about us. And as for Barkley saying we're not contenders.... The bias of these people just leaves me speechless.

When you root for team where Toney Dumbass gets minutes, you'll get a lot of practice at being speechless. Have you actually watched the games? Contenders? We can't even beat the Cavs on our lucky day.

Yeah he is and like I said we can't even beat a lottery team that was on a losing streak... We are not making the playoff's this year. Any one expecting us to is clearly mistaken.

If you firmly believe the team will come out of this, well thats positve thinking and I'm with you..

But statistaclly speaking, he's right.. we all know statistics in any sport is all assumption..It's like saying a guy who scores 25 point's in the 1st qtr, is on pace to score a 100, but reality is, the defense will adjust, and put more focus on that player and at least slow him down...problay ends up with 40.

Statistaclly speaking, If the knicks continue to win games at this rate, then we are certainly a lottery team..fo sho..

At the current rate (.389), we're on course for 25 wins. And we've had the easiest starting schedule of any NBA team, according to Hollinger.
I don't think it will be quite that bad, but I don't think we'll be above .500.

This team is a joke. Anyone who disagrees with Hollinger should seek medical attention. One quality win on the season after the team had the night off and played a team playing their third game in three nights.

With the falsely titled best front court in the league we are a bottom feeding lottery team. It's becoming apparent that carmelo was a very small component in the nuggets success and one of the most overated players in the.NBA. our guys were better than this trash and improving.

Hopefully we can flip him for Dwight or dwill

The hate is justified until the team proves itself.

Respect is earned. The stats change when the win total increase.

Thus far, we have a losing record with was has been a soft schedule.

Hate=truth
