last night 12 pts 12 assists

tonight 14 pts 7 assists

all off the bench - I know he was just not going to end up here but would have been really sweet. Now I try to at least watch all his games. He is a great throw back PG who lets the game come to him. Many questioned if he could do it at the NBA level and it sure looks like he can.

Rubio is awesome. As a fan of the baskets, I appreciate his game very much. We can dream that one day he will play here, but if he does not, I will still root for the kid.

In his first four games, Rubio has had ups and downs, but he has been uniformly strong at crunch time. In the fourth quarters of those four games, Rubio has 21 points, 14 assists, and seven rebounds on 7-for-10 shooting (2-for-2 from 3-point range). Rubio's plus/minus in these fourth quarters is +27.
Let's go Knicks. That's amare

Wow. Kahn actually knew what he was doing when he drafted him. Now if Kahn can make a trade to get them a starting 2 guard, Minny will be tough.

Knew what he was doing???? If you only draft and sign PG you are bound to get one right.

Seriously he drafted three PGs on that draft.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Most ironic is many posters here were shouthing everywhere that guy was going to be a bust, when at such a young age he was already a starting pg on a euroleague team.

That was so written all over the wall it's not even funny.

IF you draft a franchise pg, you did good no matter how many picks you used to find him. I still think Kahn sucks, but if he can turn one of his undersized PFs and SFs into a starting caliber sg, then he will rise up to slightly below average.

Bibby TD Fields and any other role player would be a no brainer for me as far as Rubio is concerned

Iman I love but getting Rubio would make us instant contenders so I would do that too!

I would also do Stat for Love and Rubio

the wolves aren't trading rubio, man. he's their only hope of keeping klove in town. rubio and love are the two most important players to that franchise.

Kahn has a plan.

It takes patience.

Minny is drafting.

Our immediate future depends on the back of Baron.

Im curious about Darrick Williams upside. Beas settling into a good 3.

should be interesting who wins a title first. Knicks or Wolvees?

Rubio 100 % does not stay in Minny. Love I doubt stays

I say Knicks have a better team and better upside by far

Rubio would Love NYC being for Barcelona

I say Khan's best move is get Amare who is locked in for four more years for these
Young studs!

I'm dreaming I know but it could help both of us I think

Too bad McHale's not with Minny anymore; he could trade Love and Rubio to the Celts for KG and some of Big Baby's old meal receipts.

If you're going to throw **** at a wall, it should be the **** out of the ass of many point guards.

It's the most important position in the basket game and Kahn made it a mission to get a franchise One at all cost.

I would trade Shumpert, Amar'e, and Melo for Rubio. This is a joke. But I would give up Shump and anyone outside of Melo and Amar'e for the kid.

If that's true then why are the Celts hot to get rid of Rondo? And who's been playing point for the Lakers again? And Dallas waited until Kidd was 400 years old to decide he was a franchise PG?

Kobe, LeBron, Jordan, these are exceptional players that make that rule a little looser.

So it's the most important position in the game...except when it's not.

Yea, exactly.

It's the most important for most teams because Kobe, Jordan, and LeBron are once-a-generation talents; the exceptions to the rule.
