Lux tax on foriegn free agents!

Owners need help to keep themselves from overspending on Cuban legends that are not quite the age they say they are, and the over hyped Japanese pitching star!

Amazing what is spent to have to pay the former club just to sign those guys.

One of them will pan out big. Irichio would have been a huge star in NY!
