Cleveland has a chance to start off their new era with a bang having the top 2 players in the draft and Minn adds depth to their frontcourt as Hickson can backup Love or play alongside him plus they have a ton of options for what direction to go with the 4th pick. They are probably best getting Kanter to add their center they need. Cleveland should really go big and starting with Irving and Williams is their best chance to do that.
makes a lot of sense
I agree. Cleveland might rebound from the loss of Lebron faster than I thought they could, if Davis can stay healthy. Big if. I don't see them going on a losing streak like last season if they play their cards right.
Good story there but many season tix were sold before "The Decision", on the other hand Cleveland Cavs games on local cable is like top 5 in the country in market share. They like sports up there!
What had to happen was the team was allowed to tank than panic. I suppose they sold the "stick to Lebron" propoganda theme enough to do a rebuild. Williams for Barron and the pick was brilliant!
You create your own Luck! Luck=when opportunity and preperation collide!
This is why I need a second team to root for. One that rebuilds with yoots. Cleveland is not it though. Not a Byron Scott fan and its, well, its Cleveland! For Years Cleveland was the "Newark" of the great lakes!
I say this every year and it does not happen. New York "Rens"!
