Winning one game would be enough to avoid this being a complete failure. What's scary so far is the Knicks and Knuggets combine for 0-6 this postseason. Brutal. Both teams caught their absolute nightmare first round matchup. Getting Boston totally sucked for us, and they're proving it.
Difference is, if we're healthy I believe we'd definitely have at least 1 win in the series with a chance to tie it up today.
I agree. If it's a comparison against the Nuggets, though, I think frankly, both teams got robbed in game 1. I've been watching the Nuggets games, when I've been staying up late enough. I think their main issue is not having a closer in the final minutes and someone to settle things down when the other team goes on a run. Frankly, they are so ridiculously deep, that nobody can shine two games in a row. Gallo, Felton, and Wilson are not being used to their fullest potentials on that team. Nene is a beast, though. If the Nuggets are to be successful, they probably need to trim the roster a bit and someone needs to step up as their #1 guy; nobody has done it. IMHO, they have the talent, just not the leadership right now.
I feel really bad for Felton on that team. He's being used as a two guard a lot of the time because they somehow think Ty Lawson is a better talent than Felton. The only positive here is they are killing the value of the players they got enough, that maybe we could somehow wind up having a few of them back to augment this team via free agency.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
