I know some of us speculate about Gallo or Wilson or Felton or whoever rejoining the team some point down the line- I was thinking though every time I see that happen in the NBA and MLB too - it never seems to work with the same energy as before- I can't think of one example of someone coming back to a NY team and being as good as before- can you? All I can imagine is Mark Jackson, fat, playing for JVG, Jeffries being as bad as ever, and Roger Cedeno in CF for the Mets in 2002. Am I missing someone?
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

i do not know, because usually when player returns it is much later in career, when best years are behind.

if player comes back during fresh years, he will of course produce very good, like nothing was missed from history

Last game Jeffries made a nice move under the rim to shield himself from his defender and scored, it was something most high school centers can do but its a big deal when Jeffries does it and this guy is a starter in the NBA. Still don't think it was a bad idea to bring him back but damn, does Jeffries have to get so many minutes? Free Derrick Brown!

Turkey-Glue went back to Orlando. Dunno how that's going to work out but they looked good for a while. I don't remember that many going back to the same team they started with.

Jeffries has actually finished nicely on 2 p-n-r plays with CB and TD(1 each) That was more than I saw with Duhon last year right there. And he is aggressively rebounding on the offensive end as well looking for putbacks. There is effort at the least.

Bill Simmons on Tyreke Evans "The prototypical 0-guard: Someone who handles the ball all the time, looks for his own shot, gets to the rim at will and operates best if his teammates spread the floor to watch him."

Timmy ball hard, many regrets his second departing. Good play here. Biggest mistake of Connie early year.

Don't look now but JJ on fire yesterday as he hit every attempt and actually knocked down an open 3.
