Has 23, 6 and 2 steals. I can't believe this kid didn't get a shot here. For every poster that pulls out all of the excuses for D'Antoni in year three please remember that this 21 year old kid coming off of an injury in a new organization had his fate here decided in the first exhibition game (Milan) by this coach. You can't tell me that this isn't killing Walsh. This kid is by far not a finished player but the potential was always there. Minny is only down two against the Mavs at the half.

Meh! It's not like we haven't seen the kid post stats like that before. No one doubted his talent. It really was about his fit here and how long it was going to take for him to fully develop. I'm not really worried about losing him. We've got bigger issues to deal with. Like finding a real C next year.

It was about the coach that you keep saying hasn't had a chance to implement things over three years. D'Antoni decided his fate in the Milan game and some on this forum speculated that it would never work. That kid needed a chance.

So many of you wanted AR to stay but he was needed for the Melo trade.

Maybe if we don't do that deal we keep him and he shows his stuff here?

Agree. At the very least if we had to trade this kid anyway we should have invested in pumping up his trade value maybe we get to hold onto some of the assets we traded away to get Melo to NY... the same people that said this kid was garbage that would be out of the NBA in a year are the same ones that will bash you for posting his statlines when he goes off like this... some people are just too arrogant or stupid to know good talent when they see it.

I don't gloat over the deal. I like those players. I don't hate the trade, just was liking those guys and my preference was not to make the trade. Its done.

TMZ is long in support of the trade and I interpret AR's "beasting propoganda" as being regretful we traded him. But no Trade, no melo.

So the difference, you can't have it both ways.
