Williams is out, Chandler and Amare may be out. Time to give Moz and Randolph some "significant" time.....if there's a time to actually see what these two can or can't do, this is it. Personally I think Amare might give it a go and Chandler has had 2 days rest. We'll have to wait and see....stay tuned.

We couldve tried out Eddy Curry Randolph and Mosgov--exactly what is the downside?

Hmmm...I find it hard to understand that a thread ragarding our MVP being injured is not being discussed. Is it that I included Moz and Randolph?? We will possibly have one and maybe three players sitting tomorrow, who else are we gonna play? Is the Moz and Randolph hate that bad?? I would have expected multiple threads about Amare and his injury....oh well!!

I don't think there is any downside but I am pretty sure the only one D'Antoni is committed to having as a member of his team is Mosgov. I think he has moved from on Randolph and Curry knows he won't play again this year unless he is traded. Also, I think I read or heard somewhere that D'Antoni was recently quoted as saying that he isn't going to play Randolph so that he is a better player for the next coach of the Knicks.

If all the players were injured with the exception of 5 players and Randolph was one of them. D'Antoni would call up the CBA before he plays Randolph. He just might suit up himself and play before Randolph.

Mike D will play Amare till he drops. He has a sick way of coaching. He don't believe in big men and will run the 6 or 7 men he plays into the ground.

I agree.I think Chandler is back as well because of the Williams suspension. Walker might get a few extra minutes but I don't see D'Antoni bringing anyone that isn't already in his rotation.

It would be 3 guys out: Williams, Stoudemire, and Chandler.

Haven't seen any updates on whether he'll play, but I'm hoping Amar'e just sits this one out.
Let the knee rest up a few more days, and we can see if Timmy can give us anything off the bench.

Plus, it's the Pistons. Even if we do sit both STAT and Wilson, we still have a shot at this one.

Timofey Mozgov is on his way to being one of the biggest scrubs in Knicks history, right next to Mardy Collins.

Go put your hat on, hatter.

Timofey Mozgov is the man already, and he's just getting warmed up.

If MDA thinks he can win with 6 players than lose with 8 then he goes with 6.

6 guys each play exactly 40 min. That would be interesting.

LOL - The only reason I might stay up tonight/morning is to get a chance to see Mos and maybe (by some miracle of God) AR play. We are not winning a championship this year, why haven't we played Mos spot minutes as well as AR for that matter. The way the coach has been he has alienated players and fans alike. If we are to really believe his choices, he would only have to play Mos, AR, etc. a few more minutes and none of us would question him (for another month or so). But the little we saw of Mos clearly warranted him getting some more minutes and the same can be said for AR, though to a lesser extent.

All I'm saying really is that if we are the 8th seed or the sixth (with our Starters playing too much) makes no difference for this years championship run. We might as well get ready for next year when we have a more full team. And that means not overplaying Felton and Amare's knees if we don't have to as well as somewhat developing AR and Mos. We are not talking big minutes, so the win now thing really isn't affected much.

Just to add, if Stat even plays tonight...
We have all had injuries. When the right side is hurt it taxes the left and vice versa. Playing Amare with his "good" knee twisted means he will rely more on the other knee and that is plain stupid. If D'Antoni plays Stat he is nothing short of an idiot.
