Lets help out team win this year-- and get rid of cap. No projects--I have to think a developing team like Sacramento would be more interested in Randolph than an ending contract.

Or Grant Hill from Pheonix--maybe Phoenix wants to rebuild--contract match. I think there has to be a quality trade out there that nets us assets for this year player and next year cap with randolph.

Damn I have to say I like that team besides the fact that prince would be 30. I think we can use bird rights to sign gallo but what about when feltons contract is up? he's gonna want a raise. Hill is our backup pg? That's a nice bench though. real deep team.

So all of the people that wanted AR now want to give him up for an under sized 4 or a 38 G Hill. Wow this site just keep getting worst and worst. How many games did AR play before you people were convinced he's a bum and DeAndre Jordan was the next big thing? About 30 games that's the very knowledgeable Knick fans at it's very best?!

Grant Hill 6-8

Where is the trophy?

I like.

Here are a list of guys that I would target to bring on the team because of 2-way attributes and fit:

Deandre Jordan 6-11
Glenn Davis 6-8
Tayshaun Prince 6-9
Carl Landry 6-9
Shane Battier 6-8

Besides Jordan, all of those guys are playoff tested and I think could be gotten for deals that start around ~$6M-$8M.

If I am GM'ing, I definitely target a beef guy. You just need that to contend with teams like Boston, Orlando, Lakers and Miami (create a strength against their weak middle).

Would Prince come off the bench for you? He could be key to putting a defender on a guy like LeBron late in a game.

If you are not convinced Turiaf/Moz either can bring it or get better trade or let them go and bring in Carl Landry.

Amare Stouedmire 6-10
Wislon Chandler 6-8
Danillo Gallinari 6-10
Landry Fields 6-7
Ray Felton 6-0

Deandre Jordan 6-11
Carl Landry 6-9
Tayshaun Prince 6-9
Toney Douglas 6-2
Shawne Williams 6-9

It's close to workable within the cap.

Just run all day with guys that are COMPLETELY interchangeable on O and D.

You could change Prince for Thad Young but it would cost an additional year and probably have to average 7 5 years 35mm

If you look at efficiency -all guys are high FGA guys 2 of them played for world champions you get a lot stronger inside with Jordan and Davis and you play Hill as a hybrid back up PG--just asking him for 15-18 minutes a night. I would draft a PG like fredette.

I like Davis becasue of his jumpshot and also has a post game and can beef up guys inside. He also gives you the enthusiam when you say goo bye to Turriaf.

i been thinking about Tayshaun Prince playing for the knicks myself. he is such a two way threat. would really make life easier for ny both offense and defense. i still think he has a lot in the tank. never read about any long lasting injury concern or him ever not showing up fit to play.

and if Hill or TD are not good enough in 2011-2012, bring in 38 year old Steve Nash as your back up PG behind Felton.

Deandre Jordan this year when playing more than 30 minutes

7 games
33 min 14 pts 13 reb 1 as 3 steals 2 blocks
32 min 12 points 8 rebounds 1 as 2 steals 0 blocks
34 min 4 points 13 rebounds 1 as 0 steals 3 blocks
31 min 9 points 11 rebounds 0 1 steal 1 block
32 min 10 points 14 rebounds 0 a 2 steal 4 blocks
35 min 15 points 6 re 0 0 ste 4 blocks
30 min 4 pts 5 reb 1 1 2
------------------------------------------------------
avg 33min 9.8 points 10 rebounds .6 as 1.2 steals 2.4 blocks FG 68%

This is pretty much what Tyson Chandler is on pace for. And Jordan is 22.
