At some point he's gonna come through for us. Whether it's on the court or through a trade I don't know, but it's gonna happen. Dude had fire in Golden State. Somewhere on the way to New York he lost it. He'll find it once he gets pissed off enough from ridin the bench. That's when **** will start to come together for him. When get that fire, Mike gonna let him loose on the rest of the league. He needs to play with that chip on his shoulder...

I'm hoping AR can break out here. He adds a dimension this team sorely needs - elite level shotblocking and rebounding and some big man scoring off the bench.

I'd rather see EC than AR at this point. EC is has the potential to be more valuable on the court or via trade.

WTF happened to this guy? I remember when Lamar Odom said this guy will be a future all star--hll a lot of people said it. All of sudden the guy lost his intensity and his skills seemed to drag down. This guy had a hybrid Odom Camby written all over him. Maybe his injury--I don't know but he still is young @ 21. For the idiot stooge who follows me around from thread to thread--you think you know more about basketball than Donnie Walsh or Lamar Odom? No son you don't. Now why the F did this happened to AR a guy who avg 15-11 -3 when he was 19 for 6 weeks? reinventing himself after injury to be something he is not. And I dont blame MDA for not playing him much. You either go 110% and smart or you dont go.

I'll tell you what happened. He was asked to actually play PRO BB and he couldn't do it. It's one thing to go out and wing it, but in this system it doesn't allow for that kind of play. This is a system that is like a well rehearsed dance. If you don't know the steps you'll be in the way. It's a good thing that he's being taught how to play the game the right way and at some point in the future he'll be a MUCH better player for it. Let him learn and not rush him in just cuz we want to see him play.

Nothing hsppened to him. He's just on a very intelligent team oriented squad and his lack of experience and poor knowledge of the game really stands out right now. If he listens he has great mentors and could really start to blossom. For him toget time with his flaws he has to be a ball of energy and be noticeable just for being on the floor. He should be tripping over landry going for losoe balls. He can't be just another guy in terms of energy level wuth his current production
I just hope that people will like me

2nd night of a back to back... If he doesn't get in tonight then he's really buried on the bench.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Leave Randolph aloooooone! and welcome to the boards Mook. If the ship was sinking I could understand people wanting to trade Randolph but the team is doing well, no one is panicking, so why not give it time? Most of us knew AR was a project.

i think Amare just needs to get in this kid's grille & challenge him to be the player he's got the talent to be... if he responds, great... if he doesn't, then he's not cut out for the spotlight in NY & we should probably trade his ass anyway.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

You risk of really damaging this kid if Amare gets on his grill. AR just looks like he is very sensitive.
