Dude has definitely turned a corner. The PnR is looking much improved and he is just sharing the second scorer role with Gallo. The guy is a warrior and plays with heart. Loving it, this is why I had always wanted him. Between Felton, Gallo, Chandler and Fields we are getting some nicely balance scoring. TD is the x-factor, not very consistent and still too much dribbling. but he has had some strong games. But we really need the back-up PG.

I knew that Felton was going to blossom in this system. Once he was set free from LB, it was inevitable that this kid was gonna be the PG he should've been coming out of college. This is the right place for him. I was really concerned about the PnR, but he looks like he's got it now. The timing between him and his teammates is spot on now. That is a HUGE development for our future success.

He deserves this new spotlight cuz he plays so hard and leads this team very well. I hope he goes on to have a great year and we get to cheer him on in an All Star appearance. It may not happen, but i'd like to see him get in, cuz he's been playing his butt off.

i have to admit, he is looking a lot better than i ever thought he would, particularly his defense... always knew he could score but i'm pleasantly surprised by his intensity on D.

I didn't know that Felton would blossom but I did know that he could. Once he gave up relying on the three as much as he did good things started to happen, same with the rest of the team. Still some cringe worthy moments beyond the arc but not nearly as many. I was worried about the P&R too but I was also worried about him running into the jaws of the defense without a plan. Looks like he has one now, he is getting better at kicking it out when he doesn't have a good look.

would be nice to see Felton at Rucker next summer. Hope he makes an appearance.

I do not think it is coincidence that Felton started to ball once he got some playing experience with his new teammates and got the team to pick up the pace. Ever since Felton's UNC days, he's played his best ball when he's dropped it into sixth gear

You and I both wanted to kill him about 2 and a half weeks ago.

IN all seriousness, I just hope Raymond can hold up. A back issue is nothing to play around with and if this is something that gets worse, we are screwed. HE is glue for the team. Not a Jared Jefferies player. Somebody who is actually good AND goes all out and makes the team better and makes the team run is glue. Not a backup that plays respectable defense, hustles but not much else.

If you went to the game against the Rockets, you wanted to kill Felton. Doesn't matter what kind of fan you were. He was playing like crap.

But then again, 3 or 4 drunk annoying and loud ass Rockets fans were sitting right behind me and they were clearly from the heart of Texas. They were screaming at the top of their lung right behind me, and there was nothing that could be done to silence them. Maybe I wanted to kill them and not Felton instead.

Before we get all excited about Felton- we did just play the Nets and I don't think they're the strongest defensive group out there.

Felton is still turning the ball over too often- too many games where he has 5 or so TOs.

It was fair 2 weeks ago because he couldn't run the Pick and roll and he was turning the ball over. Nothing was said that this could not be fixed and nothing was said about me hating his game. It was just a simple criticism of his play to date. Just like nothing is being said that he can't have a lapse in play again. That being said, I base my love for a player on simple things like:

1.) Does he get the most out of his ability
2.) Does he play his asse off
3.) Does he understand what is expected of him and give it his all to meet those expectations
4.) Does he give results.

Remmeber my favorite player was Charlie Ward.

I may be going on a limb here, but I think Felton has meant just as much as Stoudemire has to this team, as of this point. He's doing everything for us.
