a simple apology & i doubt martin would have ever banned him, but he wasn't even man enough to realize his own mistake, or didn't care enough to man up to it... either way, i for one do not want to post on a forum where racist points of view are tolerated... there are plenty of hate forums on the internet for people to enjoy if that floats their boats... people shouldn't be exposed to it on a Knicks message board, i don't care how many videos he posted for you guys to enjoy.

Greek??? dude, you have no idea the type of racism that ethnic minorities have to deal with on the regular... gimme a break... please don't preach to me about how you would feel towards racists if you were Black, Asian, Arabic or whatever else, cuz you don't have a clue until you've walked in those shoes... & this has nothing to do with being confident in oneself... it has everything to do with mutual respect on a public forum.

what's the worst thing someone's ever said to you that was racist? is there even a racist term to stereotype Greek people? i don't even know of one... what Cosmic did was offend several Asian posters that regularly frequent this forum w/an ignorant comment that he made... & to top it off he was too stupid to even know why the word he used was offensive to begin with... after being explained to him why it was an offensive word to use, he refused to apologize & went off on some nonsensical rant to justify his ignorant comment... if he had just apologized he would still be posting here... if he was a man with some semblence of common decency & respect & realized his mistake, there would have been no issue, but instead he chose to be defiant... he got what he deserved & anyone who wants to pine for his return should probably join him on whatever forum he's posting on now.

What?..... Greeks don't get racist acts against them?..... Greeks are more minority then whatever u may be I am sure

BTW..... And even though we were at one time oppressed as well we don't sit and dwell!!

And i get abused from lots of races being Greek...... I was raised in Bensonhurst and ran a place in Ft Greene
and was judged by a lot of people ...... In both neighborhoods .

Been around all the states and believe me Greeks get racism as much as anyone!

i'm Asian, grew up in a predominantly Italian/Irish neighborhood in Staten Island, regularly got the chinky eyes thrown in my face while growing up & have had to deal with idiots throwing racial slurs like "chink" & "Chinaman" at me most of my childhood, have had to deal with the hateful stares anytime i walked into a diner with my Asian friends in a white neighborhood, have had ignorant old white ladies say some stupid ignorant sheit like "here come the Orientals" while walking into an upscale steakhouse in downtown LA... so please do NOT preach to me about what i should feel toward racists... don't talk to me about how i need to be tolerant of people's point of view, because there is no room for racist points of view on a Knicks message board... if you want to talk about that type of sheit, i'm sure there's a forum out there that caters to it... i don't come here to have to deal with ignorance like that... like i said if u miss Cosmic so much ask the mods for his email addy & you guys go have a blast together.
