At At Least Crawford, Zack Randolph and Lee would have gotten us into the playoffs!! Can this Team do it as they are now?

We could have enjoyed watching our team in the playoffs with Crawford, zach, and Lee. Maybe we could have made it to the second round. Crawford is doing ok with his team Zack is doing ok and so is David Lee. Look at us!! We traded everything and gave away everything. Let's face it maybe these players that we have are not as good as we may think they are. I had such high hopes for this team and instead of moving forward we are moving backwards.

Oh boy. Thing is, I didn't even want to find out if Crawful and ZDumb would have gotten us to playoffs. With this team I actually want to see how it all comes together.

seriously, i don't understand these threads... when have Jamal, Zach & D Lee ever led this team to anything but crappy seasons? there's obviously something seriously wrong w/this team but none of those 3 guys would be the solution.

They were above .500 in case everyone forgot. They were incredibly effecient offensively. That's part of the reason I believed in D'Antoni. He turned that group around drastically right from the start.

you all need to go look at the 2008 schedule to remind yourself who the Knicks played during that 6-3 stretch. 2 good teams and the rest was caca. Fools gold.

Go ahead and check out the results from the previous 2 years to see what Lee, Crawford, Zbo combined for.

David Lee isnt a knick anymore so dont bring him up. Bottom line Lee had a drunk for a point guard and was awful on the defensive end. You bring in a real point and a superstar that you paid 100 million to and fans are crying Amare isnt getting easy buckets and it is now the coaches fault not the players like last year. This team is no better than last years and the only constant is the scheme and philosphy.

If we haven't learned by now there is no way of proving what would have happened. I mean this team some had going for 50+ wins some had them at 41+ wins. Can't say what would have happened with Craw, ZBo and Lee it was early inthe year. Whatever we have left needs an infusion of life, it is a dead team. The players aren't getting better with the system that is in place because the main part pg the facilitator is all wrong for this current team. Felton would have been god send in a grind it out system sort of like a Chris Childs mold. MDA has to change philosophies or make the move to get another pg in here that can run his system and at the same time command the respect of his team. I like Felton but I never wanted him on the Knicks to some degree he proved me wrong in his game. He has a pretty good game but not right for this system. I personally know that MDA isn't going to change his philosophy.

I agree zach, Jamal, and lee sucked a lot when they were here. Is there anyone on this team right now that doesnt suck. You have to remember amare is a superstar and he is getting murdered on the defensive end and there is no offensive continuity with him.
