Hey how do we play this tonight? Do we go with our starting unit as a final tune-up esp. considering Amar'e, Gallo and the Mayor sat out last game (looks like Gallo will continue to sit with this wrist problem)? Or do we sit those guys again so we don't show Toronto too much -- we play them again in only 5 days when it counts. That's the game we real need to win, not necessarily tonight..If we play our main guys too much tonight, win or lose we give the Raptors a good feel for defending us and for what adjustments may need to be made for when it counts less than a week from now..I think I might go with the same set-up we went with against the Sixers -- not really interested in giving them too good a look at how we plan on attacking them 5 days from now..I wanna take that first game -- it's a winable game esp. with Bosh gone. It's an important game, important to get off to a good start -- these are the type of teams we need to beat. Not really interested in giving them any advantage. Kinda disappointed in how this schedule played out here -- we shouldn't be playing the Raptors to rap up the preseason then play them less than a week later for real. Not that big a deal I guess but I'm sure MDA and co. aren't too excited about it -- it may force Mike to do things a little differently tonight in what should be his team's final tune-up -- perhaps if we played another team tonight that we're not slated to see right away, Mike decides to give our main guys a longer look.. I bet D'Antoni settles on something in the middle -- Amar'e, Felton, Chandler, maybe AR all probably get about half a game/20-24 mins..What do you guys think?

Sweet, Marv. Enjoy the game. Let's hope Gallo goes off tonight. We should be able to feast up front if Amare plays, since the Raps no longer have Bosh to help out up front.

There's this great kosher deli in Montreal. Amare will no doubt be there!

If this was a veteren team that had been together for a few years, then i would rest the starters, but since were trying to build chemistry and a winning attitude, i say go full tilt

How 'bout a little hook shot for Mozgov. I think he could utilize that shot to great effect. Also with Moz, on the opening tap I don't wanna see him take that 1 big stride before he jumps. he's lost every jumpball so far this preseason and he shouldn't, not at 7'1". The opening tap is really meaningless but for all other in-game jumpballs it's important that they correct that little flaw. No stride -- start closer and just jump up flatfooted.

Turiaf not shooting when he is open hurts our offense because the shot clock dwindles and we force up a long trey instead.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.
